Jessie: Tristen is, by FAR the best hair stylist and hair colorist that I have ever had. And I have been getting my hair done for over two decades. Shes the BEST. She did my hair for many years while living here in Austin and I have been missing her tremendously since she moved to Tyler... Please come back! She really truly listens to you intently on what your preference and needs are for your hair and executes them all flawlessly. I have a pretty difficult customer to please because my hair grows fast but it is semi-then towards the ends So I dont like a lot of length cut off of it. I also love a lot of dimension and color in my hair but without compromising the health and integrity of it or stripping it of its moisture and natural shine. Tristen really just "gets it." Shes like the "hair whisperer." She truly has a gift. And she understood that I wanted to keep the length of my hair, but still also have some volume and healthy bounce back in my hair with a low maintenance color that looked incredible without stripping and destroying my hair altogether. I cannot Ever recommend her highly enough, Not only for her skills and talent as a hair stylist / hair colorist, but also for her outstanding customer service and active listening skills (sadly thats rare) and shes just a really kind, easy going and sweet human being. I miss her and cant wait for my next trip to East Texas, I will totally be stalking her!

My daughters hair is thick with tight curls. Mine less thick & shorter, tho we both look great anytime we go. Dont fight those curls, dont try to go straight. Just GO with those curly or wavy locks!

Tabatha Ritch: I don’t even have words to express how much magic Marissa and Kassy worked on my daughters. I have two teenage girls who have done a NUMBER on their hair over the years between color, chlorine, sun, and heat! Their hair was crying for help. We just moved to the area and I wanted them to feel ready for a fresh start. They got us in within a couple days and DID SOME WORK!!! The most shocking is the fact that there was no insane damage done and the way they treated and processed their hair was like washing a baby’s butt! Their hair is gorgeous and SO HEALTHY! Marissa and Kassy are the most intelligent and talented people I have ever met! Their knowledge has allowed them to perfect their craft and I will not let anyone else touch their hair ever again. Heck… I might even change stylists based on what I watched them do. My youngest daughter has autism and doing her hair is usually a nightmare. She had no fear and absolute trust with Kasey! That’s a characteristic they don’t teach you- That’s a statement of who she is as a person. Marissa was upfront about the cost and there were no surprises whatsoever (except, it was lower than what she had originally quoted so I guess that’s a happy surprise). She also explained everything she was doing to my daughter who wants to go to school for cosmetology. You could see the love for her work as she shared her knowledge and secrets with my middle daughter. Read my review but look at the photos. They say it all!!!
