5 /5 Lori Mae Martin: I was a new, walk-in client. I moved here a year ago and having then hip length long hair and having 2 small grandsons that love to pull, tug and play with it I chose to take the quick/easy way out and chopped it all off rather than shop around for a new stylist.
However, from the moment I walked in the shop I was made to feel welcome and unhurried. Both stylist took the time to say hello first, I needed a quick shampoo, cut and style, now keep in mind Ana worked me in between her already set appointments but NEVER made me feel like she was doing me a favor, (which she really did!), instead she snipped the dead right off my head, washed said head after I ran an errand right up the street, as she had an incoming appointment coming in and Id have to wait anyway, lol, then while that appointment waited on their timer, she did several eyebrows, put me under the dryer, took care of her leaving customers, and all I saw left, with a big smile and thank yous. Then she came and styled my cut hair and I understood why all the reviews and customers are happy and she is so busy. I will be returning, Ana and I will send as many customers your way as I can. Love my hair and brows!!! Next time we will do before and after pics, so I can brag some more on your great work and shop!!!!
