The Fairest Salon returned my call and booked an appointment for me. The salon was neat and clean, and my appointment was on time. Leigh did a great job with my color and cut, and I will return soon! I highly recommend The Fairest Salon!

She talked to me in depth about my hair, the reference photos I brought, and how it was all going to work/look on me. She was amazingly helpful as I figure out this pixie thing! The salon itself is beautiful, clean and all the people are friendly. This is definitely my new go to salon.

I stopped going to see her because I started seeing someone who did hand tied extensions but I always think about molly and that haircut. I told someone about how great it was and they agreed she’s such a perfectionist and slays at cuts. I don’t think I can stay away much longer. I’ll be back soon….

Dragonhead Retreat: Love, love love this place. Daughter1 & I started a tradition of going together, then for supper. Sharon, the owner, is magic when it comes to curly hair. My daughters hair is thick with tight curls. Mine less thick & shorter, tho we both look great anytime we go. Dont fight those curls, dont try to go straight. Just GO with those curly or wavy locks!

Tabatha Ritch: I don’t even have words to express how much magic Marissa and Kassy worked on my daughters. I have two teenage girls who have done a NUMBER on their hair over the years between color, chlorine, sun, and heat! Their hair was crying for help. We just moved to the area and I wanted them to feel ready for a fresh start. They got us in within a couple days and DID SOME WORK!!! The most shocking is the fact that there was no insane damage done and the way they treated and processed their hair was like washing a baby’s butt! Their hair is gorgeous and SO HEALTHY! Marissa and Kassy are the most intelligent and talented people I have ever met! Their knowledge has allowed them to perfect their craft and I will not let anyone else touch their hair ever again. Heck… I might even change stylists based on what I watched them do. My youngest daughter has autism and doing her hair is usually a nightmare. She had no fear and absolute trust with Kasey! That’s a characteristic they don’t teach you- That’s a statement of who she is as a person. Marissa was upfront about the cost and there were no surprises whatsoever (except, it was lower than what she had originally quoted so I guess that’s a happy surprise). She also explained everything she was doing to my daughter who wants to go to school for cosmetology. You could see the love for her work as she shared her knowledge and secrets with my middle daughter. Read my review but look at the photos. They say it all!!!

tamara puckett: This was- hands down- the worst highlight of my life. $250 and 3 hours. And I KNEW when he was doing the highlights that it wasn’t close to my head like I have had for every other highlight ever. But I thought it would be ok- I’d asked for a color specialist at an Aveda place. Super nice guy. Worst job ever. I never post negative reviews. But I wish someone who had a bad experience would have posted something to warn me away. Because I read them. To be fair- I didn’t ask for them to fix it because I honestly do not want them touching my hair ever again. And, I don’t use product in my hair- but it literally felt super thick and brittle after leaving.

G Walk: Ive been searching 10+ years looking for Gina. I happened to chance it and I will follow her anywhere. She says her place needs to be fixed up, but Id beg her to cut my hair in a pasture. Gina is super talented, and I cant say how excellent my hair came out. She says she can do it and you need to trust her. Shes a wizard with a razor, and knows the hip styles. I never have to wash and restyle my hair afterwards. It was hard to find a before, but definitely an improvement. Her dog Biscuit is so loving and is right by her side. You MUST make Hair Barn your place. Not the fanciest place, but is that really what youre hair needs?? Thank you Gina, Im so happy.
