5 /5 Niovy Villa: Today I came by last minute and the owners were very lovely to help me. My nail tech cancelled on me and I explained to them about it. And Ella told me she could my nails. She did my nail very quick and was really nice to tell about the Texas Tech discount they have for being a student! Definitely coming back :)

3 /5 Sarah Harris: The entire process was too long, painful, and messy. I’ve never left a salon in so much pain and so much grime on me. The man was very nice and adamant on fixing his mistakes with the fill, but did not cut, only filed, my nails down to as short as I need them. He filed my 3 of my fingers raw to the point I bled. I’ve been here once before and was satisfied, but I cannot justify $50 for a fill and leaving like this. I’m only giving 3 stars because I feel bad- he was pretty nice, or else I’d give 2 stars

5 /5 Boyeon Kim: Ive been to several nail shops, but this one is by far the best! They do the cat eye technique Ive been wanting to try, and I’ve had trouble finding a shop that does it. The staff here is not only friendly but also incredibly skilled. I’ll definitely be coming back!

5 /5 Chelsea Odle: I have looked far and wide for a nail salon I could love in Lubbock and I am super impressed with the service I received today. We were truly treated like royalty and the nail techs we had were amazing! Ella was a super pro at handling walking, phone calls, texts etc all while making sure we got exactly what we wanted and never felt rushed at all. Ella is amazing and will be coming back as often as I can. Prices were amazingly reasonable as well!
