Sallie Rodriguez: Truly a disappointment...after a recommendation I went to Coco to celebrate my birthday. I chose the most expensive pedicure as a treat. The total pedicure was $120. $85 + 20 for shellac + 15 tip (I should not have left that much). The service stated massage and a time of 70 minutes. I was never welcomed, never offered a drink, and the entire service including my wait and picking nail color was less than an hour. When I asked for a drink, they looked at each other and smiled and shook their head. They clipped the nails entirely too short. I picked a red. It looked pink. When I asked about the color, I was assured it would turn out red. I left with short, blotchy, unevenly painted nails - that are pink, not red. Terrible experience for way too much money.
