1 /5 Beatriz Garcia: Very hard to work with the staff. They are not willing to help out. The Manager Maria G is the one that is impossible to work with. We asked for one simple request, a list of medications and she was wouldn’t provide it. We are out of town and in need of that information. She said we needed to go in person to get the list of medication which is impossible since we are out of town. She didn’t care. If you are looking for a friendly staff this isn’t it. The Dr. is great but you deal with the staff unfortunately.

5 /5 ISABEL HAMM: I noticed some horrible reviews of people complaining about the wait, about the staff being rude, first of all, Rosas Medical is one of the few doctors that will take walk ins, the staff is nice, i love the fact that he would give you a shot right away when sick rather than fill you with endless pills, his preventative care is superb, even though I read other people complaining of unnecessary tests, guess what? it was needed for me, as he was the only one that could diagnose my tumor and other thyroid issues. a lot of people commenting here complain about the wait, there is wait everywhere you go, plus Dr Rosas NEVER turns somebody away when they need care, we all just need to be more patient and sympathetic of other peoples issues too. they work as fast as they can, and I have never seen the front staff just chilling or talking or ignoring people they are nice and professional.

1 /5 Victoria Hull: Rude receptionist with no customer service..according to the nurse in charge that gives complaints to the Dr. She told me that the refused my application for the comment that I made at the time they canceled my first appointment. The comment I made was "already having a bad experience in my first visit". They made me waste time filling out application and hours from work and canceled my first appointment. They said they shouldnt have given me an appt since my application wasnt in the system yet. They gave me a number to call and complained, left a message and have not received a call back whats the use if they dont really care losing patients. I requested to speak to the Dr. to confirm if it was him that denied my application or it was just office staff. They refuse to let me talk to him.

5 /5 Arturo Garcia: Have had a very great experience here each time. Very clean and neat. I’m treated with respect and at a timely manner. The wait time can be lengthy sometimes but understandable given the fact that everything gets taken care of here in one place as far as X-rays, labs, ultrasounds, etc. so I appreciate that I never have to go elsewhere. Staff is friendly and doctors and providers are well informed. Would definitely recommend to peers.

5 /5 Mizael Sanabia: Staff is extraordinary, despite having some communication issues using their answering services, they were able to assist me and be seen for my visit. They are 100% professional, great customer service and most importantly pleasant to speak with.
