5 /5 DOHN HOWARD: I have been using Mr Houssain for probably 12 years now and you can’t find a better mechanic and now his son is there as well and I’m sure he’s getting all the fabulous training from his father. I have to say Mr Houssain is fair and honest I am a disabled person Who makes very little income. Mr Houssain always tries to help me but the biggest thing that impresses me is that if there’s not a problem he will tell you & he will not get under there and make problems so that you have to pay a bunch of money. He’ll tell you “I don’t find any problem you need to take it back home” lol. or like he told me once… “I think it’s the user”… It was pretty funny. As strange as this sounds sometimes I feel like he treats me like one of his daughters and I trust him as much as I do my own father. He is just a good honest family man who runs a good honest business and I hope to use him for years to come and I’m grateful that he doesn’t find stuff wrong to keep me coming back just to make money off of me like so many mechanics out there do. 5 /5 Unknown Unknown: The team of Rockdale AutoShop is a great place. Loyal and honest and way better pricing for labor when you supply the parts after they diagnose your car and its free diagnostics other places 165.00 to 200.00 not mention how other shops are they way over charge customers and I mean they do. Example my transmission fluid need to be changed but I had to supply the fluid in which i did. this place charge me 100 dollars to change fluid the right way other places wanted 300 to 400 to even 500 thats ridiculous! When I came here, they took really good care of me i cannot go to anywhere else to trust other the automotive shops but Rockdale Autoshop is trust worth again loyal and honest and way way better pricing for labor!

J P: It is extremely difficult nowadays to find an honest and experienced mechanic shop that takes their time to make sure they do their best to diagnose and fix the problem correctly, while giving you options. Ken and Nancy were amazing !! Our jeep had an upper oil pan leak, among other things, because the prior shop we used were neglectful and used the wrong parts. Ken and his team showed us what was done incorrectly and documented their work from start to finish. DO NOT waste your money with anyone else. This shop is legit and you wont be disappointed. Kin Management: I was tremendously Overcharged for mechanic work not done on my car. They provided no clear communication of next steps to take and about the price of the labor and the pricing of car parts I would need to complete the auto work. I feel like I got bamboozled and screwed out of my money. I totally Wasted money and my car is still NOT fixed. I couldve just taken my car to the Ford Dealership to be serviced. Do better Auto Pros these guys are unprofessional. I am a Very Dissatisfied at the customer service and treatment I received by mechanics.

Jeanette Hill: was having an issue with my car misfiring, which is usually because of the coils and spark plugs but when i went to go change i saw there was oil where the coils go. took it to this shop and they said they couldn’t see the leak which was insane because it was everywhere when i got it back you could literally see the oil and where it was leaking from but they kept saying they didn’t see it. dropped my car off 6/9 didn’t get it back till 6/25 with absolutely nothing done to it because all they wanted to do was change the coils but that wouldn’t have fixed what was making the fail. ended up fixing it all myself for what just the inspection costed ($200) all in one day. in the almost 3 weeks they had my car they only called me once besides the initial quote i had to keep calling them for updates, the first time the lady said she would call me back to update me and never did. horrible experience i wouldn’t recommend.

They kept the vehicle for 24 hours. They also promised me that they would "bring the car to me." And once the vehicle was finished, they refused.

Johnathon was very helpful and informative and very professional and caring about my family. As a disabled vet on a family adventure all the staff was very kind and helpful to get us back moving again. What should’ve been about a 3 hour drive turned into a 6 hour stress fest with two tires leaving the chat and two other tires packing their bag to follow suit. A huge Thank you and shout out to the staff at the Johnson City Youngblood crew. If I could give more stars I would.
