Rick took a Quick Look at my 2014 Sonata and said compressors in Hyundai vehicles are often OK… proved true, and they got my AC running like new at 1/3 of other rote estimates for compressor/condenser/recharge. Plus they offer 1 year parts & labor guarantee! Took my elderly mom’s Santa Fe in 3 weeks later, and though it did need a compressor as well as recharge, valves lines and condenser were fine so cost was once again substantially less than other $1500 estimates. Rick, Donald, and other mechanic plus office mgr Dee are each super pleasant and friendly. We’ll be back for other work as needed!

The Sampler: Something isn’t right here. I’m genuinely baffled by the glowing reviews this guy has. Based on the service I received, I have serious doubts about the legitimacy of those reviews. Either they’re paid for or heavily manipulated, because my experience was nothing short of a disaster. He makes promises he clearly can’t keep, then shifts blame when things fall apart. His prices are all over the place, what you’re quoted and what you’re ultimately charged are two completely different things. Worst of all, he has no problem making moves behind your back like it’s nothing. That’s not just unprofessional, it’s shady. He takes something simple and intentionally complicates it, just to justify charging more. It’s a manipulative tactic, and I wouldn’t trust him to handle even the most basic service. Proceed with caution or better yet, look elsewhere.
