1 /5 Wil Ferderer: I can’t speak on the quality of work, but I can say communication is not there. I visited the shop on a Monday morning and talked to Ray (owner) about some work on my F150. We discussed an idea of what I was looking for, and I was told he would try to get me a price by the end of the day. I waited until that Friday and gave them a call to see if they had a price put together (they did not). I was told they would get on it and I should hear from them the following Monday. Waited again until the next Friday after hearing nothing, I gave them another call. They gave the same answer that they would get on it and I’d hopefully hear back by Monday. I did not hear back. It has now been another week, and I have come to the conclusion that they would not like to do business with me. It’s a shame because everyone I talked to was very nice and I was excited to have them work on my truck. I can appreciate how nice everyone was, but waiting 3 weeks just to get a price makes me question if they would communicate with me while they work on my truck.
Update:
After posting this review, conveniently I received a call by 10am the next day. Ray had a price put together and we discussed when I could bring it in. He was out of town at the time but told me he’d be back in 2 days and would get with me. After waiting a week, I text him to see if we could get it done, he left me on read, and I text him a couple days later asking if there was an issue. I was left on read again. At this point I just want to know what happened. I tried calling him, he didn’t answer but text me right away saying he’ll call me right back. I did not get a call back and it has been 2 weeks. I ran in circles with Ray for over a month and just wasted my time.
