1 /5 The Sampler: Something isn’t right here. I’m genuinely baffled by the glowing reviews this guy has. Based on the service I received, I have serious doubts about the legitimacy of those reviews. Either they’re paid for or heavily manipulated, because my experience was nothing short of a disaster. He makes promises he clearly can’t keep, then shifts blame when things fall apart. His prices are all over the place, what you’re quoted and what you’re ultimately charged are two completely different things. Worst of all, he has no problem making moves behind your back like it’s nothing. That’s not just unprofessional, it’s shady. He takes something simple and intentionally complicates it, just to justify charging more. It’s a manipulative tactic, and I wouldn’t trust him to handle even the most basic service. Proceed with caution or better yet, look elsewhere.

5 /5 daniel partida: Brooks was available when my car broke down at 12 am on a Sunday. Was impressed when he was quick to respond and get to me. He understood when I couldnt stay and wait till the car was fixed and he was able to tow my car to his shop. The next day my car was ready and he was able to wait for me. Prices were also very decent. Brooks, you are truly an Angel Brother

5 /5 Colin Smith: The Highway Angel came over to my house in Hillsboro and changed my Tahoes battery because it had died. The battery in a Tahoe is hidden beneath a few things, so it was a more complicated job. He was professional and courteous.
