1 /5 Jessica Rodriguez: She herself is a nice enough doctor, however she puts her beliefs of pain medications on the patient, well at lease she did that to me. I have horrible knees and severe back damages, she has all the documents and there are times that I was not able to be seen by my specialist, so I went to her for help in hopes that she could cover me for the few days.. NOPE all she said was that she would not ever proscribe any of the pain medications I have been given before but that she would prescribe some muscle relaxer. Honey i have bone on bone and slipped disk what is a muscle relaxer going to do. Nevertheless, I contacted Village Medical to ask if that was there policy or just hers, I was informed that it was not there policy to not assist patients when necessary but that it was up to the doctor. Im going to try one more doctor in their Clinic and see what my out come with him is.

Jerry Ramirez: Ive just started going to a doctors office after do many decades, and I can truly day the my experience was awesome. Dr. Francisco is very nice and very professional. She actually listens to your concerns and will answer you questions truthfully. I never thought these in-network plans were a good idea, but I got proven wrong. I only hate that I cant actually call directly to their office to ask questions. Other than that, its great.

Mayra: Billing: They have a call center and it is hard to get a hold of them. I have requested a UB04 form since September 2024 and it is now March 2025 and I have yet to receive this form. When you ask to get transfer to a manager they send you to their friends/coworkers. When you ask to speak to someone for a follow up or accountability they do not give out names, emails, extensions. They ask you to email their general email account... This whole system does not show any accountability. Nurses: Delivery nurses are wonderful. Truly grateful for their wisdom, knowledge, and empathy. The recovery nurses, they lack empathy and bedside manners. The younger nurses are gossipy. Out of the 8 to 10 nurses only 3/4 of them were great! Doctors: The Doctors here are knowledgeable. ER: They can do better. There was too much office politics going around. I went in there for preeclampsia and the ER team that saw me did not give me additional care ... they called the maternity unit to come pick me up. They did give me medication to drop my blood pressure which was at 209. On another occasion I went to the ER and i had blood withdrawn by a phlebotomist. He was not professional and was on his phone. Overall, I am done with Memorial Hermann. I have given them so many chances and I have reached my breaking point. I am no longer going to give them my business and my good health insurance that I am paying for.

Nahomy Zelaya: Very friendly staff! I went in for a 103 fever and they were so caring and helpful. Was in and out in an hour. The Doctor was amazing too. Was able to get my prescription the same day. 10/10 will recommend!

Annie Gildon: If I could give no stars I would. The staff in this emergency department were horrible. The nurses, the doctor all unbelievable. I would not recommend anyone bring their child here for anything. Only reason we were at this hospital was because another hospital sent us for my son to be admitted, which he wasn’t. I really felt like my son’s symptoms were dismissed and I pray that what was prescribed works. I have no faith in the doctor that he was seen by and the nurse was awful. Overall our treatment was dismissive and lacked true care and compassion. I have zero faith in the emergency room department at this hospital and would suggest anyone to drive a little further to find a better place to take your child because I would not trust the care delivered at this hospital to anyone. Please they have 2.6 star rating for a reason. Like I said the ONLY reason why we went there was because my son was sent from another hospital because they wouldn’t admit him because he is a minor! Not ever again will I go back to that location, ever!

She is very tentative to her patients needs and she makes sure she get to the bottom of your issues; while solving them with her excellent expertise. I would advise anyone who is looking for a pcp to visit Dr. Stammanns office!

Mg G: After having a negative experience with another facility, I chose instead to use Memorial Hermann Surgical to have my endoscopy and colonoscopy. From the scheduling process to the day of the procedure, my experience was a very positive one. Every staff member from the young lady in the lobby to the procedure room were great. They took very good care of me from beginning to end. The best part for me was the heated gowns they hook you up to while your waiting. Some of the names I was able to remember were Linda my nurse in the waiting area and Dr Thompson the anesthesialogist they both put me at ease. Lindsey was also great handling my insurance. Nurse Corey calling to explain the prep leading to the procedure. And of course Dr Osayande who performed the procedure. Very pleasant experience all the way around. Thank you all

Marle Martin: I went to the vet for a check-up with Dr. Aguirre and asked him to examine my Yorkie’s teeth. I handed my Yorkie to him, and when the doctor tried to open his mouth, my Yorkie reacted by trying to bite him. Dr. Aguirre immediately reacted the same way toward my dog and hit him on the muzzle. I was shocked by the doctor’s reaction and confronted him about it, but he replied that my dog shouldn’t bite him. I truly found his attitude very unprofessional, and I will not be returning to his clinic. I believe there are other ways to handle the situation, and he acted inappropriately in front of a client.
