The receptionist was friendly and efficient, the MA/nurse was thorough and kind, NP Parra was amazing and made me feel comfortable right away at my first visit. I left feeling confident I will receive great care there. Then I went to the lab. That was a whole other story. Reception was rude, dismissive, unhelpful…. The wait was long (an hour +) but that’s expected for a large practice. The pleb was efficient and the actual draw went quickly and well. Hopefully I won’t have to go to the lab very often or I can choose an outside lab.

They went above and beyond to help my mother, secure her Medicaid coverage. They were extremely responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, and understanding during this difficult situation with my mother. I am truly grateful and will always be so.
WellMed at Morgan - Corpus Christi Butterfly Cruz: Front desk lacks phone etiquette. They need to understand, and learn to be patient with their patients, especially with your elderly. What if it was your mom or grandparents. Please hire people that actually care for the job and not only for the money. Some lack empathy! They say “ will call right back”, and they actually don’t.
