She was completely knowledgeable of all of the ins and outs of this sometimes complicated process and patiently walked me through each step to get all of our documentation in order. She was very responsive to each and every request for explanation of a particular aspect of the process in a timely manner. It’s not all pleasant things to discuss and figure out but she was calm and focused and explained things completely.
