She has never not once given me exactly what I wanted. Shereen is an expert in all services but if you’re specifically looking for a blonde hair enthusiast I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her!! She just gets it! And also her haircuts!!! She gives the best haircuts in San Antonio! I’ve never gotten more compliments on a cut alone since going to her. She’s so precise with her technique! I cannot recommend her enough!

5 /5 Ann Omosowofa: Based on the reviews I went to this salon. First impression when you enter is "Wow" its a beautiful place with a cheeky vibe! I was greeted right when I entered. The Stylist (Paige) was friendly and asked questions before we started. The whole process and experience with Paige was great! Love the look and I will definitely return to her. And the other person I want to mention is (Chloe) She gives the best massage and I really needed the stress to leave me that day and thanks to Chloe I walked out feeling less stress. I definitely would recommend this salon because I know you will leave with the same feeling as I experienced.

Alexis Hernandez: If I could rate 0 stars I would. I got my hair done on 12/17. My appointment was set for 9am and Stephanie did not arrive until an hour later. Once in the salon she was already applying a root color on another client. Had me put on a smock and wait. Started my test strand and threw me to the back. My test strand processed for an hour while she worked on 3+ other clients. She finally gets around to beginning my hair. I showed her 3 inspo pics and explained to her what I was looking for. I specifically went to this salon because they specialize in coloring and I was going from the darkest brown to a honey blonde balayage with my natural color as my roots. Bleach was applied and I was thrown to the back where I sat from 12:30pm following bleaching application until they rinsed me at 6:30pm. During my wait time Stephanie was very minimally communicative and was working on multiple clients at once. She disappeared completely out of the salon for about 1-1 1/2 hours and did not let me know anything. Once rinsed around 6:30 pm she applied the root color where it was left to process for another 30 minutes. Following my services my scalp was so chemically burnt and irritated. I’ve been getting my hair done for years and have never experienced something like this. I have never asked for a refund at any establishment but I did end up asking for my money back of course to no avail. My hair looked nothing like my inspiration pictures, my haircut was a disaster. I have been growing my mullet out for 6 months in order to even it all out and this haircut basically went back and redefined my mullet after I explained to her I wanted to even out the back due to my previous mullet cut. My scalp and ears were chemically burnt due to processing time. Stephanie said it was an allergic reaction and offered to fix it. I personally did not feel comfortable returning which I expressed to her and never recieved a response. I just cut my losses. I paid $295 so my hair color would not be what I wanted, my haircut not what I asked for, and I have burns that I’m still recovering from. I have never been so dissatisfied with a service. I have not returned and will not but wanted to share my experience with others. *inspo color and cut pics posted at the end *
