Simply because during my Colonoscopy I woke up and could feel pain. I couldnt move or talk. Apparently, the anesthesiologist noticed, and I went back to "sleep"!
Other than that? I have had nothing but 100% satisfaction with all staff members.
I even told Husband Dr Waddle is my favorite Dr. She speaks to me in laymans words. And most importantly, she listens! She is absolutely adorable. I wish I could see her for all my medical needs! (Waco Texas!)

Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care Waco (Lacy-Lakeview) - Waco Stacey Daniel: The receptionist was wonderful. She was patient and helpful with what I needed for my DOT physical. The clinic was very busy with a long walk in wait, flu season. Everyone that came in was greeted and the wait was fully explained so each person could make a decision to stay or go. I had made an appointment which was honored after a very short wait. The exam was quick and easy. All clinic employees were very friendly and efficient, all while having a very busy day.
Ascension Medical Group Providence Womens Health - Waco Erica Johnson: This place is run by women and I love that! From the moment you check in, the ladies are so welcoming and the atmosphere is comforting. The area is clean from the check in space to the exam rooms. Dr. Haynes has been my gyn for over 15 years and she and her team are always so positive when I visit which makes me feel at ease and a valued patient. That is very important to me.
