Rude on the phone. Will talk to you like your dumb. Set an apt, tell you to arrive 15 minutes early and then still sit there for over an hour and when you ask if your going to be seen, they are rude and say just wait. If you cant keep up with a schedule then dont book that many apts in one day!!!
Uncommon Healthcare - Dr. Felicia Macik - Waco Rebecca Vardeman: I have been going to Dr.Macik for years. She takes the time to really listen to what is going on with your health. She truly cares about your health and well-being. She has helped me through several health scares, and held my hand the whole way. I can’t say enough about Dr. Macik and Amanda. They are truly a great team, and provide the best care for you. I would recommend Dr. Macik to everyone. You will get the best care.
Express Emergency Room Waco - Waco Robert Schulze: This was by far the best ER visit Ive ever experienced. Girlfriend broke her toe. They had us in and out within about 45 min. The nurses were wonderful, the doctor was kind and considerate. We paid out of pocket and it was a very fair price for the level of service we received. 10/10 would recommend!

Waco Family Medicine - MCC - Waco Susan Trumblay: I came here because Scott & White Drs. did not take me seriously. I have been losing use of my left leg; whole leg is painful, and little circulation (cold). Now, my right leg is starting the same thing.
I am now tripping a lot, and I have fallen 3 times in 2 days! The last 3 Dr. visits they just had someone talk to me. I do not need a friend, I need an intelligent DOCTOR who will listen and take action!
This Dr. (Rasalski) had already gotten my records for the last 10 years! He actually set a plan of action to help me!! This leg issue has been going on for a year and up until now no one really did much!
You have to take control of your own healthcare. Get 2nd or 3rd opinions, or more, if you need to. I did, and am so glad.

Ascension Medical Group Providence Internal Medicine - Waco Donna Sammon: Outstanding. The receptionist and the nurse were cheerful and helpful. Dr. Martinez is thorough and pleasant. We had a discussion regarding whether or not I needed to be seen twice a year or just once. We discussed my meds. He listens and does not dismiss my in put. Very satisfying appointment.
