1 /5 Nathaniel Williams: My wife had been a loyal customer at Mckinney Nails for years. She visited this week not knowing it was under new management, however, noticing all the faces had changed.
Upon arrival she was told it would be about a 10 minute wait, no problem, she was third in line throughout the establishment.
After 30 minutes, six customers walked in together and suddenly they were swarmed by technicians from the back and left her in the waiting area.
Feeling discriminated against she gathered her belongings to depart highly disappointed!!
Princess needs to value all customers. She has been using that location for over 3 years every 2 weeks and tipped well.
