5 /5 Elizabeth Tu: This is truly the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! The staff here are so sweet, extremely thorough with their work, and always cheerful and friendly. I felt so comfortable throughout the entire process. The nails I got exceeded all my expectations – every detail was carefully done, and they turned out absolutely perfect. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends

3 /5 maanya mahesh: They did a nice job but within 3-4 days, 6 of them fell off. I called them and asked them about it and they redid the ones that fell off for me. I was very happy with the way they handled the situation. Overall the employees are so nice and they did pretty well with my nails, but one thing i didnt like is that some of the nails werent straight and were a bit crooked. I felt that $50 was a little pricey for just plain nexgen nails but i am aware that is usually how much most places charge. The only downside to this experience was that they came off but they handled that very well! Lana was my nail tech.

1 /5 Aparna Vanga: This nail salon is extremely disappointing. I got dipping powder, and the fake nails fell off within a week. The management is incredibly rude, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Completely disappointing! Poor quality, unclean tools, and unfriendly staff. Not worth it!

1 /5 Pinki Chowdhary: I have been here multiple times as it is closeby to my home. Most of the time which is 10 out of 8 they are rude behavior they talk about us in front of u. I have recorded the way they talk and used the translation I felt bad the way they treat customers , don’t wan to complain as it’s daily food for them, end of the day the services, that end up resulting in a cost that is not just. To put it bluntly, not even one star deserves to be awarded for the appalling treatment I received. They treat customers time and money is unacceptable, and I refuse to stay silent about it. I asked her name couple of times she literally said y do u need my name She showed blatant disrespect and attitude Its clear that customer time means nothing to her. Furthermore, the hidden charges were a slap in the face. The fact that I was forced to pay extra for services like to do shape she charged me without prior notice, is completely outrageous. I was surprised to see she charged extra for the nail shape. They seem to not take some clients seriously. I have noticed this for the past couple visits, they treat very good with some customers but definitely not with everyone.
