2 /5 Charles N. Williams, III: Can’t say the same like everyone else. I brought my Porsche in due to a faulty code of P0455. I had replaced my gas cap prior to going there. They kept my car in the back and said they were doing the smoke check. However, I never saw the smoke check performed as I watched my vehicle the whole time through the glass window supposedly being worked on. The Mechanic spent most of the time walking away from my vehicle and leaving it sitting there for two hours unattended. Then later said that he thinks it’s a gas cap and tried to explain to me about the ridges that were on my (new aftermarket) gas cap, . Long story short, I tried to give the mechanic the benefit of the doubt and purchased a new gas cap at Porsche Dealership. However, the same codes were popping up. I don’t think the mechanic that was assigned to my vehicle knows what the heck he’s doing. My first time there and it definitely my last time. You’re better off going to the dealership. At least you’ll get it done right.
