5 /5 Christie Rose: Excellent from Entry to Exit, start to finish. I was greeted with courtesy and compassion. I was seen in a timely manner. My encounter with all the staff was superior. They asked my name and DOB every time and before medication was given. I appreciated that! I went on a Sunday morning. Your company name depicted the service and care I received! PREMIER! I would highly recommend them! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

4 /5 Coyote Aerials: 5 stars for the staff but 4 stars on follow up referrals because they are a hassle. Staff was great though! The care for you is awesome. Just their system of sending referrals doesnt work good and you have to keep calling them back for days when Dr doesnt receive the referral after they said its been sent. I dont think its a staff fault but a computer system issue. And its been that way for awhile. I recommend them to anyone, just check back daily on them sending referrals.

5 /5 Angela Miles: We were in Waco visiting our daughter and I felt like the antibiotics I had been given a few days before arriving were not working. Decided to go to urgent care on Saturday morning and made an appointment ahead of time online. The office was extremely clean, the staff was kind and caring and I was taken care of quickly. I had a kidney infection that was not responding to antibiotics and they quickly assessed my situation and I was given an antibiotic injection and sent home with a prescription to continue. I was in and out in under an hour on a crazy busy Baylor weekend. Very glad this location is so close to campus.

1 /5 julicia franklin: Came in for chest pain and neck pain body pain and a temperature of 101.2 and waited over 2 hours for someone of a different race come in and get seen soon as they walked in for a e.r visit. Apparently they thought his was more serious then mine but he looked just fine coming in walking good no cough no pain just a casual sit down and was calm and all and they thought my chest pain and fever was no big deal. My head had been hurting for a good 5 hours then they don’t check your vitals when you get in you have to wait until your seen for them to get vital. You can be dying and they want even know because no vitals where checked to see if the next person was in a worser situation then you

1 /5 The Scott Irvin Home Selling Team: Patient BEWARE. This is a bait and switch operation. You think you are going into an urgent care and you are charged for an ER visit. You are only told this once you leave. If I wanted to go to the ER I would have went to one. Contact Texas Health and Human Services if you have been scammed in the same way. Update- you give the same canned response to every review. I had already called and was told that I was billed correctly. I am filing a complaint Texas Department of State Health Services, Texas Health and Human Services Commission and Texas Attorney General’s Office - Consumer Protection Division. I will give them your number.
