1 /5 DKAML05: 1 STAR IS BEING GRACIOUS! HORRIBLE front desk staff! Rude & Incompetent! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Save yourself the aggravation! =( Got the run around for 2 weeks. Finally got an appointment & when arrived was told my appointment was at a different time! Had to ask to speak to management only to find out that I was right on the appointment time!

2 /5 F. Jo (JoJo): The wait time after a schedule appointment here is absolutely insane!! If I showed up 2 hours late for my appointment they would make me reschedule! I can’t say that there aren’t nice and friendly people here but the wait out weighs the extremely long wait. I could see if there was an emergency or what not but you as a doctor or NP your time is not as valuable as the wait you make the people who pay your bills endure. Get it together!!! It’s not like you’re spending time listening or concerned about the actual person!!!

1 /5 Dezarae S: Dont waste your time. Some of Dr. Chancellors staff are so rude and condensing. I called them today and spoke with a lady to let them know I will no longer being seeing them. I was then asked may I ask why. Sure! Why, because I was able to go to a NEW provider and she was able to give me a clear diagnosis. They didnt even want to see me until October 18. Completely unacceptable!!!!

1 /5 Briana Marie Margaret Edwards: When I was going there the staff treated me poorly and my doctor hurt during an well womens exam. My boyfriend had to help me to the car than later on I went to ER in Hamilton Tx. The staff told me when I called to report it that I am no longer going to be a patient here and that they will send me a letter in the mail about that. I would NOT recommend this place.
