2 /5 Jashyre Harris-Arceneaux: Today was my second visit to Posh. The first visit was last month, I booked an appointment to bring in my daughter’s friends for the kid package. The kids room is beautiful, and the staff that day working on the girls were nice. The man that offers refreshments is so kind. However, the man at the front desk (bald older guy) has not been as friendly during both visits. He seems as though he does not enjoy his job and it shows.
Today, I went and got a pedicure by Danny. Danny rushed my pedicure and my toes look a mess. I am dissatisfied with this service and I won’t be returning. Really sad because my kids love the kids package/room. The two (a woman and a young male with glasses, I don’t remember their names) that worked on my kids today were great.
Update: After sharing my experience with the shop, I was offered a chance to come in to fix my toes. I went and was serviced by someone else (didn’t catch her name) that did a great job. The front desk girl (didn’t catch her name, but she was young with curly hair) was kind and professional. She gave me a $20 gift card to return for a future visit. Personally, I won’t be returning; but I’m grateful for the time and effort to improve my experience.
