3 /5 Lauren Flurry: I just went in to have dip powder removed. I didnt have it redone or anything. I was there for a little over an hour, of which 15 minutes was wait time (it was a walk-in). The nail tech did three passes of polish remover and filing to remove the dip, followed by buffing. The buff didnt make my nails very shiny because of gouges left by uneven filing. I still have dip left on two nails, and two other nails split within an hour from being filed too thin on the edge. Overall, it was fine. They got me in quickly and removed enough of the dip powder that the grown-out part isnt noticeable anymore, which is what i really needed. However, if I was going to have my nails done for an important event, I would probably just go somewhere else.
