5 /5 Lindsay Renfro: I can’t say enough great things about Pediatric Dentistry of Round Rock! From the moment we walked in, the entire team was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. Every staff member made my son feel comfortable and at ease, which made his visit so much less stressful for both of us. The dentists and hygienists were so personable and genuinely took the time to explain everything to him in a way that was fun and engaging. My son absolutely loves them, and it’s clear they truly care about their patients. The level of care and attention to detail is unmatched. I’m so grateful to have found such an amazing team for my child’s dental care! Highly recommend!

From the moment we walk in to his office, it is clear that they truly care about their patients. He makes my daughter feel completely at ease, even though she was a little nervous about her visit. His patience, kindness, and attention to detail are remarkable. It’s not just about the treatment. He genuinely takes the time to build rapport with his patients and their families, and that makes all the difference. I’m so happy to have found such a caring dentist for my daughter highly recommend. 10 out of 10!!!

Dr Thames is wonderful and cares about his patients. He takes his time to explain procedures, concerns, future treatment and makes sure to answer any questions. He has always been patient with my son who has a phobia of needles and very considerate of his severe asthma and the different options we have. Dr Thames is not even in our dental network but it’s always more than worth it to come to him and know my son is in the best hands.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the wait time was minimal. They even had fun activities to keep my daughter, Audrey Kate, entertained while we waited. What truly stood out was the level of care and attention we received. After a disappointing experience at another dentist, where we were told our daughter absolutely needed an expensive $5,000 surgery under general anesthesia, Dr. Thames took the time to thoroughly evaluate her case. He spent a full 30 minutes discussing everything with us, ensuring we felt heard and understood. While he acknowledged that surgery was an option, he reassured us that it wasn’t the only option. He created a treatment plan that was just as effective but at a fraction of the cost—something we truly appreciated. Beyond his expertise, Dr. Thames was incredibly personable. He took the time to ask about our family, my work, and genuinely wanted to connect. He even made Audrey Kate’s visit extra special by giving her a balloon from his helium tank on the way out. I can’t recommend Dr. Thames and his team enough! If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist who truly cares about both the child and the parents, this is the place to go!
