He takes his time to explain procedures, concerns, future treatment and makes sure to answer any questions. He has always been patient with my son who has a phobia of needles and very considerate of his severe asthma and the different options we have. Dr Thames is not even in our dental network but it’s always more than worth it to come to him and know my son is in the best hands.

Zia Mohammad I usually don’t like going to dental offices and have had some bad experiences with some in the past. However, Castle Dental on Palm Valley is exceptional! The front desk staff was very kind, and made the check in process very smooth and easy. Adriana the dental assistant was thorough in taking x-rays and was patient throughout the process. Dr. Virani provided a great cleaning and was gentle and thorough with her dental examination. I can tell she truly cares for all her patients!Highly recommend and will continue to come back to this office in the future!

Craig Ritcheson My experience was not bad. Castle is very Corprate if you know what I mean. The facility was a little run down. The Dental assistant was amazing and her manor was professional as well very welcoming and very informative. For such a large facility I was surprised how staff was short handed and they only have one hygeinest on staff and to have appointment so far out it did not make sense to me. The senders was very nice but had no time to assist in any explanation of the treatment. With that said I chose to get a second opinion. My situation is a very costly group of procedures I would have probably moved forward if I got more direction from Denison but the front desk receptionist did explanation not much knowledge with that. I chose to spend the 15k somewhere else that would give me more personal explanation to treatment.

Bev Stephenson My brother finally had 6 decaying teeth removed by Dr. Beltran. Don is doing quite well. Second day, very little pain. Pretty tired, but rest is good. Thank you Dr. Beltran and Cheyenne. We will see you in a month for a new set of teeth. My brother is so happy to have had this done.

Charles Stair Ive had a lot of dental work in my life and Round Rock Modern Dentistry has earned my loyalty. Theyre professional, efficient, kind and compassionate. Dr. Linh Nguyen has been my dentist for several years now and is simply the best. Shes extremely thorough, knowledgeable, skilled, and easy to talk with. She truly cares and someone I consider a friend.

Chris Ardoin Place was great for a while but a couple weeks ago I was recommended a night guard even though I know I don’t grind my teeth. Unfortunately I agreed and was charged 350$ on the spot. I had to call them for 3-5 days to get the mouth guard after it had come in. When I picked it up. It didn’t fit right so they filed it to make it fit better all the while giggling in front of me. Front desk staff is lost half the time and the assistants have no idea what they are doing. I won’t be going back.

KWANGKEUN JI I am a mature patient with many root canals, crowns, and braces with previous dentists in many different countries. I came here with recommendations from my friends and the Korean community. The process of my first implant took almost a year. It could have been faster, but I requested a year-round treatment, given my insurance. At first, I needed to have surgery to remove the cracked moral with the previous root canal, leading to infection. After having an implant post, I had the crown on it. My conclusion on Dr. Yoon is meticulous, faithful, and considerate as a professional. It is said that knowing a good dentist is a value in life. I am pleased to find my family dentist in Austin. Not to mention a reasonable price!

Mar ie Love this dentist office. Want to thank the entire staff at Castle Dental at 117 Louis Henna Drive in Round Rock, TX. They do some amazing dental work. Dentist, Phuong Pham did a terrific job on my cavities. The hygienist Thanh-Hoa Dinh did an amazing job on removing the plague from my teeth. I didnt realize my gums were in bad shape until after all the plague was removed. My gums are no longer swollen and I sleep better at night. From the nice young lady at the front desk and the ladies who do the x-ray and assist, Thank you for treating me like a human being and your professionalism.

Susan Johnson I have been terrified of going to the dentist since I was a child (I am now 57). Dr. Heiman and his Lead Receptionist Ashley (and the rest of his staff) are ALWAYS so patient and reassuring with me when I come in for my appointments babbling and trembling. Another plus about Greenlawn Dental is that Dr Heiman does all of my necessary dental work in house, meaning that I don’t have to go to an expensive endodontist or periodontal specialist for additional treatment. Greenlawn Dental is outfitted with all the necessary equipment to diagnose and treat most dental issues. I HIGHLY recommend this dental practice!

Richard Anderson My wife had broken a piece off a molar. At 74 years old she has not had any previous dental problems. She does have some memory difficulties. We were referred to Dr Heiman by our previous dentist who is retiring. A prompt appointment ensued. Dr Heiman and his staff were friendly and set her at ease. I was allowed to stay with her. The office was clean and equipped up to date. After his exam Dr Heiman explained the situation with a temporary repair to be followed by a permanent crown in 2 weeks. Everyone was competent and explained each move. Procedure went smoothly. We are very pleased. RA

Brushy Creek Dentistry I have never seen a dental practice so blatantly false advertise. When you type in the name of my practice, Brushy Creek Dentistry, Castle Dental has a sponsored ad come up using my practice name! I’ll remove this review once they stop advertising as us. Sad that an office would try to piggyback off of the reputation of someone else. I have many dentists who are within just a couple miles of my office who are close friends. We are colleagues, not competition, but when you advertise like this, something has to be done! Dr. Brandon Johnson at Brushy Creek Dentistry right down the street.

Terrible experience, absolutely not professional, inappropriate behaviour to client who pays for treatment and service, it’s the worst experience I could ever imagine, being in different countries before. I asked to correct the previous work done by himself, as I felt filling rough in the front tooth and it disturbed me, so I wanted him to correct it. First, he called his own filings cheap!!! and offered immediately the pricey plan instead of offering to correct his work or any other solution. Second, as far as I told that I don’t agree with him, he answered me that I am blaming him and called me disrespectful, that is unacceptable at all and he doesn’t feel comfortable to continue the treatment. Third, it’s not the way how you treat the people, especially a Woman! If in my place could be my husband, he would be more attentive to each word he said to me. He blamed me that I damaged his filling with my tongue touching it, that was sound for me just incredible and weird. Teeth cleaning which is covered by insurance he refused to make, as he wanted to make only which you pay totally 400$. So I left without any work done and in addition I was treated terribly. Avoid this place and this man to save your teeth, money and your nerves. There are better places and more honest and professional dentists around. Think triple before to choose this place (I relied on reviews), ask an opinion in other clinics to compare with. Update: After visiting my dentist in Europe (Italy)I discovered that some teeth I repaired unnecessary and work wasn’t done properly and fortunately corrected by my dentist, I showed other teeth and work that was offered to be done and I was told there is nothing to do as everything is fine! That’s why be careful please.
