2 /5 Gina Elder: The nail technician did not at all pay attention to detail. She also didn’t pay any attention to what I wanted. I showed her photos and described what I wanted. (“not too square,” “not too thick,” etc.) She didn’t manicure the cuticles. When I left the salon, I noticed the acrylic didn’t even reach my cuticles. It’s been 2 days and I can tell I’ll need a fill sooner than later. My nails are ridiculously thick and sloppy. I’m not planning to return.

Very elegant establishment and friendly staff. I recommend this place for ur nail & feet needs. They also wax and do lashes. Love it

She asked so many questions about my preferences along the way to make sure that they were perfectly to my liking. I will definitely returning and booking a fill with her. Love that I found a new nail salon closer to my house. Pricing is very affordable as well.

3 /5 Laura Gatenby: Nice prices but not the best job. Walked in for a basic manicure - no polish, they had me waiting A WHILE but I stayed for the price. 3 days go by and my cuticles are already ugly and unkempt. Not to mention they repeated “pedicure?” 4 times after I stated “basic manicure”. We went back and forth until I was forced to say “no just a manicure”. I’m not sure who would enjoy that type of behavior and it wasn’t the language barrier. It’s like they were trying to make me get a pedi. Not worth going back. Not a relaxing experience.

Savannah Cruz: First off this was a horrible experience and not worth the money. I took my 2 nieces and daughter to get their nails done. The man that did my nieces nails did a horrible job as you can see. It was a birthday present from me to her and they turned out terrible. VERY THICK & he didn’t clean under the nail with the tool like most nail techs do. It’s slanted as you can see because it’s more thick at the very front of the nail and not as thick at the back of the nail. And way too wide never seen square nails that wide. We were also rushed which I understand they were busy but still. No we didn’t say anything because I have social anxiety and already had to tell them to paint my other nieces nails again because it clearly needed another coat. I didn’t want to cause problems but they should have looked at these acrylics and see that it looks bad that’s just completely unprofessional! Also the lady there was beyond rude. When she was doing my other nieces nails she wouldn’t even ask for her other hand as she was switching from the left hand to the right she would just reach her hand out and expect us to know what she was asking. She was also super upset that I said I called and ask how much this would cost and the guy tony said $45 for all which he misunderstood and it ended up not be that price. It evened up being $20 more! Do not go here it’s not worth the money! Will definitely be posting this across all social media platforms!

I thought I needed to tell him every aspect do this. Do that man he shut me up quick and did a wonderful job. I will be back. not only that the place was very clean and very nice to relax in. This has to be one of my most relaxing and nice experiences in the Lubbock area.

To Life: KILLIAN IS AMAZING!!!! I have been looking for a GREAT nail tech/artist for the last 6 years. Killian is one of the most talented nail artists I have seen. He did exactly what I asked, and offered some next-level suggestions that exceeded my expectations (as a stylist of 30 years I am very particular). I cannot stop staring at my beautiful nails! Truly a work of art! The staff was polite, the owners were so nice and engaging, and I liked the clean peaceful vibe of the salon. The nail techs were not talking over their clients to each other (I know you know what Im talking about) and all the clients were in a great mood, visiting with each other and just enjoying the moment. It takes a certain ambiance to create a relaxed and peaceful environment to engage this way with strangers. I just found my forever nail family home...

Taylor Aldape: This was a PAINFUL experience. I came in to get my dip removed today. the nail tech (who seemed to be the manager or owner because he was instructing the other workers and customers where to go) sat me down and began digging a pair of nail clippers between the dip and my nail bed. he was clipping away at the dip. Once he clipped as much as he could around the nail, he slid a nail tip in between my nail and the dip to separate the two. It tore the top layer of my nail off. It was painful, especially on my pinky fingers. I immediately asked him to “please soak the dip off” instead of removing it this way. He responded “this is faster and acetone dries out your cuticles.” He continued to chip away at the dip and use the fake nail tip to separate the dip from my nail bed. my nails are left very thin and look horrible. I can’t believe i paid $10 for this service. I would’ve taken the dry cuticles over this. If i wanted to take the dip off this way, i could’ve easily done it myself… and for FREE.
