1 /5 Charlee taft: I have gone to them for about two years now and have had good and bad experiences. This was the worst of them all and I will never go back. All of my nails are deferent lengths and shapes, when I asked him to fix it he said that he thinks it looks fine and to ask the customer next to me. I just ended up saying that they looked fine, because he did not seem very willing to fix it. Will not be going back.

5 /5 Kim Snodgrass: First time ever (and I have made lots of appointments) that they were ready when we walked in and had enough people to take care of all 5 of us! Excellent service, massages and color!

2 /5 Ashley Ramos: Paid for 2 Basic pedicures, it literally took about 10 minutes for each of us which was really quick felt like it was being rushed. And on top of that paid an additional 12$ at the end which was not voluntary. Almost 90$ for 2 basics, no thanks.

Taylor Aldape: This was a PAINFUL experience. I came in to get my dip removed today. the nail tech (who seemed to be the manager or owner because he was instructing the other workers and customers where to go) sat me down and began digging a pair of nail clippers between the dip and my nail bed. he was clipping away at the dip. Once he clipped as much as he could around the nail, he slid a nail tip in between my nail and the dip to separate the two. It tore the top layer of my nail off. It was painful, especially on my pinky fingers. I immediately asked him to “please soak the dip off” instead of removing it this way. He responded “this is faster and acetone dries out your cuticles.” He continued to chip away at the dip and use the fake nail tip to separate the dip from my nail bed. my nails are left very thin and look horrible. I can’t believe i paid $10 for this service. I would’ve taken the dry cuticles over this. If i wanted to take the dip off this way, i could’ve easily done it myself… and for FREE.

Sam Bartholomae: I really wanted to like this place, the location is great, but the service was absolutely horrible. We came in a week before Christmas and we wanted a manicure and a pedicure. I had my two nieces with us and they were so excited for their first pedicure, they’re sisters so of course they wanted the same color but were told they can’t share the same color (even though they were seated next to each other) and that they needed to pick separately. Not a big deal even though it didn’t make sense. After my pedicure was over, I was ready to move to a table to get a manicure and the lady told me to get up, but didn’t tell me where to go. She moved on to the next person and when I asked her where I needed to go, she just ignored me. Finally, I sat down to get a manicure and the lady was incredibly rude. She seemed so put out and anytime I tried making conversation with her she was short. My nails ended up being crooked and the base color didn’t match my skin tone at all (I did French tip) and they were thick. When I pointed it out she just ignored me and moved on to the next person. I will never go back to this nail salon.

Mae: Teeerrific job! Even though I showed a difficult design out of the blue, Andy, the nail tech I had, did an amazing job half free styling designs on the spot. I needed prom nails the day before prom and he delivered! They complimented my dress tremendously and I have gotten A LOT of compliments since. The pedicure of was relaxing and the look served its purpose. The atmosphere is friendly and not intimidating. Super awesome place and will be coming back for sure!!
