1 /5 Houston Warner: Normally I am not the type to write a bad review, but this last experience was by all means the worst experience I have ever had at Park Place Automotive or any shop for that matter. Ive been a returning customer for years, and a family member of mine has also been a friend of the owners son for years. Upon picking up my vehicle I had noticed the driver rear side corner of my bumper had been hit. I asked to see the camera footage after Darren was inspecting my freshly hit bumper while agreeing that it was clearly a fresh hit. I was told by the owner; hed take a look and give a call if he finds it. He called saying "yeah it looks like it got hit in the parking lot while it was parked in front where you dropped it off, you can see the footage when you get here". I arrived and was told I wasnt able to see the footage because they dont have cameras where my car was and it wasnt their fault, but he will pay deductible if I file a claim, then stated that same day to go get a few quotes and bring them to him and theyll work something out. I proceeded to take 3 different quotes to the owner and was laughed in my face and was only offered a quarter of what the damages are worth. Ive always recommended this shop, but after the most unprofessional dishonest service and amount of respect I was given, that will be the last experience I will have with them.
