5 /5 Mg G: After having a negative experience with another facility, I chose instead to use Memorial Hermann Surgical to have my endoscopy and colonoscopy. From the scheduling process to the day of the procedure, my experience was a very positive one. Every staff member from the young lady in the lobby to the procedure room were great. They took very good care of me from beginning to end. The best part for me was the heated gowns they hook you up to while your waiting. Some of the names I was able to remember were Linda my nurse in the waiting area and Dr Thompson the anesthesialogist they both put me at ease. Lindsey was also great handling my insurance. Nurse Corey calling to explain the prep leading to the procedure. And of course Dr Osayande who performed the procedure. Very pleasant experience all the way around. Thank you all

4 /5 Brenda Voller: The medical part of the visit went fine. BUT I had to fill out a ton of forms on arrival that I had not seen before and filling them out prior to the procedure was a real hassle. There were also some protocol matters to attemd to, like the fact I had to remove a tiny sugar monitoering device on my arm. They are costly so a reminder not to wear one prior to the MRI would have saved me having to toss the one I had on. All the staff were very professional and understanding.

1 /5 Mike Prasla: Just be careful they say something over phone and in person is something else, if you have insurance, they will offer you to do a cash pay, for cheaper!!! and still They’ll ask for your insurance, I don’t understand why !!!!!!
