1 /5 Jesse Grace: Absolutely terrible experience. This shop has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. The mechanic clearly had no clue what he was doing — couldn’t even fix a simple issue and barely speaks or understands English, which made communication almost impossible. I explained the problem several times, and it still wasn’t resolved. Total waste of time and money. I wouldn’t trust them with a bicycle, let alone a car. Avoid this place at all costs.

1 /5 Christina Wilson: NEVER AGAIN!!!!! They will cheat you on the prices, miles and then jack up the labor. He knows that he can and he definitely does. We called and priced a part and he added on $300. When asked if we could get the part and bring it he said that if we do he won’t make our truck a priority. He wants to be able to charge you for the miles, (which he jacks up) doesn’t want you to see the price of the part (so he can jack it up) and then will lie about the hours it took to actually do the work. I don’t care if our trucks break down in front of his shop…never again!!

5 /5 Scott Cisney: I read some of the prior reviews and was unsure if I would do business with these folks, but Im glad I did. Mr. Escobar was very busy during my visit, but was very friendly, and was able to get the tire I needed from his stock. Despite being busy, he was very personable, and we talked for almost 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend Escobar Tires if you need a truck tire, new or used.
