1 /5 David Chow: Dr. Bolte was horrible C& P examiner. He did not review medical charts. He did not even assess and started filling out DBQ questions without askingThe funniest part is he said my motor function was fine over tele encounter. He is such a fool to assess my motor functions over the phone. He entered fraudulent entries without asking or assessing. He should be barred from VA C&P exam. I have reported his fraudulent entries to VA administration. If you are in the same situation, please report to VA so that other veterans do not suffer.

1 /5 Kent Hermanson: I was getting an exam done over telehealth he shows up late and had appeared to just be looking into my file for the first time. Got defensive when I asked if he had even looked at my file yet. Because he was sitting there reading it to me. He looked disheveled and acted like I should be grateful that he made the time for me. A person that doesn’t seem to take his job seriously shouldn’t be conducting life altering exams. Maybe he was having a bad day?

1 /5 Diana Sandlin: Horrible experience from The condition of the building parking area to the doctors appearance including the way he conducted the short exam asking me to pose in different positions some that were difficult for me with my medical problems very uncomfortable. His appearance was appalling pajama pants oversized t shirt with hole hung down to his knees broken down shoes with no socks a dingy lab coat. Not a professional

1 /5 Charles Street: Guy is the absolute epitome of slime ball. I was hit by an IED in 2009 that left me with nerve damage and injuries that have resulted in surgeries and a 100% permanent and total disability rating from the VA. This guy equated my injuries to aches and pains. After seeing me for two seconds he starts putting my into very painful positions just long enough he could take a quick picture and caused me an to fall down resulting in an injury that has kept me from being able to barely move for the last 5 days since my appointment. I plan on filing a complaint with the state and definitely plan to seek legal advice on what other actions can be taken against this horrible excuse for a medical doctor.

I’ve been going to Dr. Bolte for quite a while now and I finally feel good again. He’s the first doctor who helped me and best doctor I’ve ever been to for all of my pain and injuries
