1 /5 KA KA: No answer phone.... No one I called them 100th times to ask about my kids appointment

5 /5 Jenelle C: Ill be honest. I first came to read the reviews before making an appointment. If you are like me, all you saw were negative remarks. Needless to say, I was concerned and considered going elsewhere. I didnt and proceeded to call. I give the staff 5 stars! From making the appointment to being assisted by the ladies at the front desk to the nursing staff during my daughters appointment, they were so kind, helpful, and friendly! I have no complaints! They treated us well!

1 /5 Estrella Alvarado: My experience was very similar to everyone elses. I scheduled an appointment here for my son, the school had this place listed as a recommendation for shots. I figured since they deal with shots it would be quicker than going to our regular doctor. When we showed up for the appointment, the ladies at the front desk were so rude. They dont acknowledge you and are very short and clipped when they talk to you. I swear they speak to you like you are an inconvenience to them. I work in customer service and I would never speak to my customers that way. The nurse that administered the shots was very nice. I have nothing bad to say about her. This review is based on the front staff and how they treat people. I had never been there before and I will not be going back.

1 /5 alvera phergson: My FIRST TIME HERE! (made an appointment 2 weeks before ) As soon as the place open, a lady with the dark hair, came out opened the door and started being rude to people. Waited over an hour & I WAS THE ONLY 1 there FOR AN APPOINTMENT!!! Finally they called us for the shot. The shot took two seconds and had to wait an extra 15 minutes for them to check us out!!! I asked for a school note, the gentleman gave me two shot record papers and told me that is the score note. I took my sister to the school and the people said no this is not a note and counted her absent all because Midland health department employees do not know how to do their job! POOR EMPLOYEES! Poor SERVICE! This must get corrected!

1 /5 Cynthia Jacquez: Good luck going to this place , ladies in the front are extremely rude especially the young one , every time I go I have wait for a very long time , I can’t go up and ask a question because the young lady always has an attitude , and is extremely rude , they also show favoritism , they rather help someone who Just got there instead of helping someone who’s been their a long time ! The ladies doing the vaccines are really friendly , and get the job done fast ! Always a bad experience with the front desk !
