1 /5 Kit Kat: Took my wife to have a procedure Dr was good to that point, then I ask Dr Patel about the pain she was in after the procedure, he said take too the ER if she is in pain, he gave her nothing, called month later he said bring her in, same thing wanted to do another procedure with same answer, take her to ER for pain, worst dr and no manners what’s so ever. Stay far away from his office, staff was good bad Dr. My wife has over 30 years in the medical field never been treated like this.

1 /5 S Bio: So I was referred to Patel and took my medical records to them on April 30th. I have heard nothing so on June 11th I called and was told I was rejected as a patient for whatever reason I dont know. So I called back to see if I could pick my records up and was told it is their policy to NOT call to tell possible future patients when they are rejected and they also SHREDDED my medical records. Stay far away from these irresponsible office workers. And apparently all the reviews that state the office staff is horrible is absolutely true.

1 /5 Jennifer Castillo: Dr. M. Patel is AMAZING. His officer staff however is terrible. I have actually quit (well, more forced to quit) taking medications because I cannot get his nurses to call the refills in (and yes. I have called BEFORE I ever ran out). I have left messages, and nothing. When Dr. Patel asked me why I was no longer taking them, I told him I couldnt get his staff to refill them. Its almost neglectful on his back office staff. They really need to do better, and he has got to be more aware of his office staff and Medical Assistant/Nurses.

1 /5 Grady Cunningham: My first impression of Dr M Patel was awesome. He told me he was getting my prescription called in immediately and if they didn’t have that one to call him personally and he would take care of it. That is where the good doctor ended!! I have been working on a very much needed prescription for 8 days and nobody is doing anything in that office. Pitiful!! I am going to the emergency room because I don’t have medication. Very serious consequences if I don’t have the medicine. No help whatsoever. Even my United Health care advisor is pre authorized 2 or 3 medications and no one in that office could care less if I died or not. I am changing doctors as we speak

5 /5 Gale Palmer: I love Dr. M Patel, he is thorough, he has great bedside manner, he is very caring about his patients, he will call you his self if you need prescriptions filled or just to check on you. His office staff is very professional and caring. Thank you Dr. M Patel and staff for being so caring.
