It was easy to schedule an appointment, the front desk staff was really kind, check in was a breeze, and I was seen by my doctor on time without having to wait past my appointment time. The facility is clean and bright, I felt really at ease the entire time I was there, and my doctor genuinely listened to me without making me feel rushed or unimportant. She was smart and friendly, but still so professional. This is my new permanent facility and doctor moving forward!

The entire process of making appointments and obtaining information has been streamlined and made easy to manage through their online presence. The service is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful, the office is bright and cheerful while maintaining the dignity of a professional business. Dr. Alward is most definitely an asset to this group, and I hope to continue the relationship for years to come.

The NP who took my appointment, Therese James, was a great listener, compassionate in her responses and explained everything in terms that I could understand about my symptoms.
