1 /5 Dty Allen: A person by the name of "LINDA" was able to gain access to my personal health information and canceled CT tests ordered by my Oncologist. I am disabled and had to pay $110 in rideshare costs to get to Baptist Imaging Center for this wild goose chase. I plan on seeking legal action.

5 /5 Cynthia Luciana Ramirez-Burrola: My experience here has always been good. The doctors, nurses, and staff are always kind, attentive & helpful. The wait time can be long sometimes, but thats just the way it goes with Dr visits. Especially since it is always so busy there. The building and furniture are also very nice & clean. There is also a small convenience store there. We forget how fortunate we are to have such a place & people available for us. Thank you to everyone there for all that you do. I am very grateful!

3 /5 Londin Jones: This place I usually like but when I got here and asked for directions the front desk receptionist both of them were rude and shooed me away at night in the rain.

AT ALL. it got to the point where i had to call patient services and have them find someone for me to talk to. no one ever picks up the phone here. instead of helping women, they continually let them down by not being there when needed. i’ve never been to a place that just absolutely refuses to answer the phone. bad business.

1 /5 Rita Vargas: Can never get anyone on the phone, never answered messages in my chart in time. Sent to university for preeclampsia, they sent me home with no concerns. Went to a different hospital with super high bp, I was 4cm & contractions were 2 min apart.. them not caring could’ve seriously hurt me and my baby. Thankfully the hospital I went to for second opinion delivered my baby safely

I started my journey back in June of 2023 I was with the program for about 3 months till my parents decided not to go back for some reason it wasn’t until march of 2024 that I decided to go back being 399.79 lbs. I then realized I needed to go back and get that surgery if I wanted a better life in the future. So month by month I started to drop weight rapidly 25lbs the first month 20lbs the second. Then by the day of surgery I was 339lbs I felt like I was starting to get my life back on track. I am currently 322lbs since march and I am extremely proud of myself and how far I’ve come.I couldn’t have done this without my amazing nurses Regina, my nutritionist Hope, and most importantly Dr.O’connor. She is the reason this is all happening and I can’t thank her enough with the drive she gave me and the determination she always has a demeanor of when you walk into a room she will have a smile no matter what and she makes you feel comfortable like you’ve never been before. So I recommend after my story that’s not over yet. I tell anyone that is thinking about having this surgery to do it. Don’t be afraid or scared you have the most amazing and caring team by your side.

Roland Garcia: DONT EVER PAY WITH CASH HERE for private pay! Evelyn basically told me she was billing when I called and asked for billing. During my office visit it came out to $90. I paid $80 dollars in $20s. So I owe the office $10 dollars. Somewhere in that office was $80 cash and more than likely she pocket that because now they want me to pay again. Bill me for $10 dollars that I owe!... People make sure you all get a receipt from this place! Dr. Shaikh is great, but that front desk is ruining it for him.

Esperanza Abundez: Dr Draeger is absolutely amazing!!!! I cant say enough! She had great bedside manner, caring, tender to touch and in general. She truly is amazing! She knew me and my family by name and was always willing to hear me or. Not looking at my folder while I talked. She actually gave me the full service I needed when I was there. Im young and most other drs would say shes too young to be in my office, but not her, she was always caring and with a Huge smile on her face! I definitely recommend her. My insurance isnt taken by her office so I was extremely sad to have to let her go. If I had the financial means is go back and pay our of pocket in a heartbeat! I definitely recommend her!!!!

Michelle Hernandez: Dr Cajas is one of the best doctors I have meet. I wished all my children where delivered by him. I had a high risk pregnancy which caused me to have a fluke of blood clots in my lungs. People normally don’t survive that. I was 7 months along and he made sure that I made it to 38 weeks. He kept my anxiety low and answered all my questions. My delivery was amazing. I had to be put to sleep and I didn’t want blood if I needed it. After my C-Section I was able to go home in two days. No staples pulling or anything. My -Section didn’t hurt as bad as my last ones. Stop all pain medications in the hospital. I’m truly lucky for my son and I to be alive!! Now I go every year for my Pap smear and he always asks about my big bundle of joy. 9 years later.
