Marissa Herrera WORST I’d give 0 stars if I could ! First off rude / not the best service, French tip was not it , & wen I went back she fit 1 nail but wanted to charge $5 to fix a nail & blame it on cuz I had a fake nail compare to real nail yet I told her I wanted to remove my fake nails but she said “how do you want me to do that?! We don’t do that I’ll just paint on top of your nails “ like okay?? Yet Everyone knw about the l Cotten & foil method to soak em off but ok … then wen I Asked for a soaked off on hand nails which I thought was free like most places but no it was $10 per hand & then this is what she left me w/ let alone I asked for $30 pedi & she charge me for a higher price $35 but I guess she added her own tip because at end she told me total was $60 ?! Wen I tried to ask her why is that so she rather argue & I understand the hustle but there’s no reason to be greedy especially to your customers!

Leslie Lopez I’ve been going with Ms. Vicky for months now. The attention to detail is always so good. I tell her what I want and she gives me exactly what I ask for. Again great service and she always gives me what I ask for, my nails last and don’t break!

James Carpignano The pedicures with foot spa service that Ive had here are the best Ive had. The salon was clean and had a really upscale look. The employees treated me professionally, the price is reasonable and Ive always had a great experience! I am looking forward to returning again. My daughter had her nails done and they turned out wonderfully too!

Jennifer Gonzales Me and my mom went in to get our nails done. It was dirty in there but I hate to judge a book by its cover. She got us fast because we were the only ones there. She was going very fast. I asked for a oval shape and it was all different shapes. They put the wrong nail polish on my moms nails. And instead of taking them off and starting over they just painted over it. You can still see the other color through it and on the sides it wasn’t even painted. When we first went in she said it was $45 but charged us $55. All together was $115 which I thought was a lot for it being bad. I asked for a refund and the lady said she was not going to refund me. She started yelling at me. The whole time I was being very nice to her. All she wanted to give me was $30 back but I said $35 since she cut my nails off. When she was cutting my nails off she was grabbing my hands very hard. And they said they were going to refund me $35 but they were only going to do $30 and I made them fix it. I was being nice the whole time. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

Cynthia Cynthia Came to do my nails this lady “Cindy” which I think is lie because I heard them call her something else. She was in such a big rush doing my nails that she cut me on numerous occasions. I asked her to please slow down because she was causing me pain. $70 for this!!! The treatment got worse after telling her to go slower and she kept cutting me!!!

isabelle olivas Overall this place is great for pedicures! The best! But I got a manicure & they were the worst nails I had ever gotten! I told her to do one thing & she did what she wanted & still charged me a crazy amount… also done my brows here for a while but lately everytime iv gone she has burnt me!

Anabel Spencer Queenie and her staff do an excellent job! They are new owners, so disregard previous bad posts about this location. Highly recommend because they are clean, affordable, friendly, and do great job on nail design and color. I had a pedicure and my daughter had acrylics done.

Lewis Hanson Came in late on a Satirday evening while visiting out from out of town. Very friendly and helped me out after going to Unique Nail Spa where the lady was afraid to scrape my heels to get the cracks out after only 3 weeks where in Houston I have a regular 65 yrs old lady that gets it out. So long story short after leaving unique nail spa because lady couldnt communicate they fixed what they started over there and got done for me what Unique Nail and spa couldnt do. FYI dont always go to the more expensive high end salons as they RIP you off and only focus on massaging feet! Thats what our husbands are for( Im reviewing this on my husbands phone) lol...

Megan Morgan So I saw a ad on Facebook. I went to their website seeing that the reviews weren’t so great I still made an appointment because they had a great promotion going on and I’m glad I did as I walked in. I was a little nervous but you see I have gone to 12 different salons since moving to West Texas, back home They would always make it exactly how I like it but here in West Texas I have not found one salon To make them perfect. As I sat down to get my nails done for the first time at this salon, she listened to my needs. I like Them short And very thin I do not like them painted on and I do not like them dipped. She did them perfect and even did the design. This shop is much cheaper than the shops around and they listen to your needs. I highly recommend to go here.

Vanessa Caballero Did my eyelashes on Monday and they fell off Thursday night. They should have lasted 2 weeks and they only lasted 3 days. Very upset. I will be calling or be taking them the eyelash back.

Janie Anderson I came to get my feet done and the lady was very rough and she was very, very, slow. she was also rude! When she was filing my nails she filed my skin, that hurt. The nail polished I picked was dried out so she added some water to it. I said Ill pick another color and she said NO this one is good. They didnt even have the dryer to dry my nails when I left My nails got messed up with watered down nail polish. THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!! DONT GO THERE! Money down the drain. Ill have to go get them re-done somewhere else now!

Alyssa Strietelmeier I went for my first time today and I will tell you what?, I’m in love with my nails. Alex did them and she is so sweet. She has so much talent. I showed her what i wanted and she did what i wanted but even better . I highly recommend this place and Alex to anyone.

Zephaniah Z Best experience ever the owner is very sweet and kind hearted. She listens to everything you have to say when it comes to ideas or problems in your experience with your nails and she’ll fix it up for you. Me and my friend went in to get our nails done and it was a blast being able to laugh watch TV get to know everyone there. Definitely coming back ❤️

Hailie I just got my eyelashes lifted and tinted by Alex this morning and they came out great! Alex was very friendly and even threw in an arm massage at the end because she noticed my arms were stiff! Alex was great and y’all should definitely book with her!

Kelly Thron Heather is absolutely amazing! it was my 1st time there and I had a really bad experience before walking in to 5 star nail . she is so kind and so gentle and understood that my feet hurt really bad and I walked out of there extremely happy. my feet dont hurt anymore and the color she helped me pick out was gorgeous! I will definitely be a long time customer!!

Erika Levario I have been coming to Valley Nails since they opened 6 years ago. I have been going with Kim since they opened. She does my pedicure and nails. She always does an excellent job. Everyone at this place have treated me with respect and kindness. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Valerie Murphy We go here regularly as part of our couple and self care time. They are amazing. It is a relaxing time. I have to admit Amy is my fave, but they are all great. Dave enjoys his mani/pedi. They are welcoming and friendly. They care about their customers on a personal as well as a professional level.

Kitana Gallardo I had an appointment at 5 and I didnt start till 5:30 which I didnt mind since it was more time away from the kids for me haha... but anyway Kim did my nails and omg she did amazing! Loved them their so pretty! She paid great attention to detail and asked me every step of the way if I liked them which of course I did! 110% recommend and definitely will go back for my fill!

Anna S First time i made appointment in here, based on what people said on google so i decided to give it a try. I am so satisfied for the results. Forgot to ask the name of the person who did my nails but she did a great job, definitely will come back.

Angie Wynn This shop is great. Theyre so nice & very attentive. I just received the best pedicure from Alex. I came in talons & walked out with beautiful soft feet. I came in at 10 ish on Saturday & was able to get seated quickly. Took me longer to decide my nail color. I also highly recommend the cucumber face mask. Absolutely recommend.

Charmaine Tejada Have been coming here for years. Absolutely wonderful. I come with Penny and she always takes her time and ensures you love your nails and enjoy your overall experience. However, all the artists here are wonderful. Definitely recommend to anyone I know.

Erica Goss My daughter and I went to get our nails done here for the first time. Nice, welcoming environment. Both of our nail techs were great. Had to post a picture of my daughter’s nails all the detail that went into this. Penny did an Awesome job. We love our Manicures. Thank you.

Kaylynne Camacho Not the best experience. The water for my manicure was cold and even after I mentioned it, the gentleman didn’t seem to care. He thinned the shellac out with an empty brush. Not sure why. I’ve never seen anyone do that before. But it ended up leaving spots in the nails. It looks like they needed another two coats of paint after he was done. And the lady doing my daughter’s nails kept coughing in her face and texting on her phone. First and last time coming here.

katlyn moneyhun The staff is super sweet and always welcoming with positive attitudes. I’ve been going to Taylor for the last year now for my nails and she does a great job them every time ! Myla is great at doing lashes as well. Peter is always great for his story telling, and an outgoing person! I’ve been very pleased with everything I’ve had down here at lush. They have an amazing team, and make you feel comfortable!

Kathryn Thompson Taylor is amazing!! No matter what design I bring her she’s always up for the challenge. All the staff are great and the place is so comforting and relaxing!

Cynthia Ng I absolutely LOVE this place! Great service, they check on you all of the time to make sure you’re comfortable, and they are so welcoming! I ALWAYS go to Taylor, but every worker here is amazing and get you fixed up! I love my nails every time I come! They are the best and for a great price :)

Vivian Suchil I came here after having a bad experience at a different salon and needed the nails taken off. They took me in right away, super friendly, greeted me as soon as I walked in. I showed them the nails I had on my hands and they quickly said they could soak them off and fix them for me. Super quick and gave me exactly what I wanted.

Mary Vazquez (PLEASE READ I DONT WANT ANYTHING LIKE THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE) I’ve been going here for years (I don’t get my nails often but when I do I go there) the beginning when I started they were very professional and welcoming and did amazing on pedicures and manicures. I noticed they changed a lot it wasn’t really clean, workers on their phones constantly and using the massaging machine instead of working! The owner would have to speak to each worker with what the clients are saying which that doesn’t really bother me but it’s hard when they are busy your waiting there forever just to tell them simply what color you want. I went for my birthday to get a pedicure the pedicure was good it hurt a little but I was okay. The next day I noticed my toes swollen long story short my big toes got infected really bad almost had to have surgery I couldn’t walk I couldn’t drive it was an awful pain to even take a step hurt so bad this was back in December and it’s April and it’s barely healing! I was debating on writing this review but I just don’t anyone to go through what I went through.

Hailee Rios This place is outstanding! Kevin did such a good job today on my nails. The environment was so friendly and refreshing. You can even sign up for rewards! Such a great place 10/10 recommend!

Kitana Gallardo I was really happy with them the first few times I came here. 45 for a pedicure. Fine. 15 for the gel nail polish which is like wild but fine. Tell me why it was 75 when I went to check out?! The only other thing I had done was get my acrylics removed. Absolutely will not be coming back here.
