2 /5 Nick Noel: Seen him years ago when I was younger and he is a fantastic dr. Today I had to take my 85yo grandmother in, and they refused to see her, despite dr Jaber telling us anytime she is sick she needs to come in asap. The office staff said we could do a phone appointment, and we accepted. Then realized they never even asked for her name or number. I took her to an urgent care, got right in and diagnosed with pneumonia. The problem is not Jaber its his staff

1 /5 paul p: I highly recommended going else where. I sat in the lobby for literally an hour. Finally the “nurse” called me to get my vitals. Then directed me to another waiting room. Literally waited another hour. I finally ask the nurse when will it be my turn to be seen. The nurse replied “The Doctor isn’t here yet”. I was pretty upset and just left.

1 /5 young truong: Scheduled my mom two days prior before her doctor visit today. Appointment was set at 4:00PM. We arrived early at 3:45PM to check in. Several people came after my mother but got called to the back first? The reason behind the visit was just blood work coming back from the lab, which shouldn’t take long at all to get our results read by the Dr. My mother checked in and waited til 4:35PM to get called to the back to check her BP (blood pressure). We were sent to room 1 and Dr. finally came to read results at 5:40PM. There is no organizational structure with the appointment scheduling or priority to the clients who made appointments. Call your health insurance provider to see what physician works with your provider to avoid long wait times as my mother and I experienced today. Total wait time with an appointment: 2HRS

1 /5 Seth Simpson: Receptionist was very rude, and the way they go about admitting their patience is laughable.. if you have an appointment at 1:45 don’t look forward to seeing a DR till 2:45
