5 /5 Cathy Blake: This is my first experience with a concierge physician service. I will definitely continue to be Dr Shumates patient. He is a really great doctor! He listens,hes compassionate and he truly cares. His nurse, Elizabeth, is wonderful. She is efficient about getting you in quickly to see Dr Shumate and truly cares as well. Whenever I go, I have to bring several of my children with me. This is not at all a problem because the ladies at the front counter do not mind and absolutely love my children! Going here is always enjoyable and the wait time is minimal. The appointment is not rushed and everyone here is very patient and understanding! If youre willing to pay the concierge fee, I strongly recommend Dr Shumate.

1 /5 Jessica Stanley: I tried… I really did. I have never in my life paid thousands of dollars for a concierge doctor that is NOT concierge. You will have to work around their schedule. Know that. I have been trying to get blood work for 6 weeks and finally asked for an order for an outside lab. Smart…. Assign your only medical assistant to that. Work around her schedule. Nope. I was better off as an ant in a large group. It’s about the money, not patient care. I also had to tell Dr. Ghandi the labs I needed ordered. Seriously? Basic labs? Thank God I have a medical background and know better.

5 /5 Heather Cunningham: Dr. "Tyler" Duong and his staff have been amazingly professional and proactive in helping my Mother and me. The doctor/patient experience is transformational. I dont know how else to say.. " NTPHP" was life changing for Mom & me. I love the network that blessed us with so much. I will just also promote a potentially ( in my experience ) even "higher level of care" From front office to back office and Physicians who know you as a "whole of an individual" and tracks your family history and develops a personal approach (with an attitude of positive enforcement and wellness tips and encouragement) in an age of to western/modern medicine.

Darlene Smith: This is the second time I’ve been here. I had knee surgery in September knee surgery in January. I was in the hospital. Each Time for 11 days. The first time I had home health with a different agency which. I was not pleased with at all. second time I’m having people drive me cause I’m very pleased with the OUTPATIENT THERAPY . Everyone I’ve worked with has been exceptional. Some of the people are Victor John Kathie. Kiki and others and I have been very pleased.

Farhana: Everyone at Collin County ENT -Frisco is very professional and extremely friendly. Dr Tony Peter is an outstanding Surgeon. He is the one of the most patient and compassionate Doctors I have ever encountered. He takes the time to understand each of my questions patiently and professionally and then addresses them. The surgery went well, and he addressed my issues effectively! His medical assistant Christina Nguyen is very attentive, professional and courteous. Dr. Tony Peter and his Medical Assistant Christina Nguyen continue to take excellent and compassionate care of me.

Leezas Spa LLC Libershteyn: Today was officially the worst experience we have ever had at any clinics. I don’t know who runs this place, but it made DMV look terrific. My daughter had an appointment for iron infusion with doctor Khade today. We had all of the blood work done, spent 3 hours on filling out the incredible amount of paperwork online, came in all prepared, but not for this. First they couldn’t find her paperwork, when no one explained to us that today was only the consultation. My daughter called yesterday to ask some questions. They have never called back until the moment she was in the waiting room today where she set for 2 hours. They took her blood again! Then she waited some more. Had to go ask how much longer, they told her that for infusion she supposed to go to the other side of the building. She went there and waited for another 3 hours. Finally they told her that they are already closing, aaaand her infusion wasn’t supposed to be today. The staff are rude, everyone acts like it’s their first day at work. My daughter witnessed some really unprofessional behavior of the nurses. We are very disappointed in this place. I am giving one star because I can’t give 0.

Christina Martin: The nurses and doctors of the ICU unit are wonderful. Dr. Hutchinson was fantastic. They took excellent care of my grandfather and the location was very clean (especially compared to Medical City Plano). The bistro had decent food, especially the hamburgers and I enjoyed the piano playing daily. Great hospital.

artur cifligu: Dr Sheetal Patel is outstanding! She did great job with my hernia surgery as I experienced very little discomfort and recovery quickly. More important than her skills as a surgeon are her great patient skills.While she is direct and detail oriented she is also empathetic and friendly. I would heartedly recommend her to anyone who needs a surgery!

bingjing ye: This place is a nightmare! The doctor keeps recommending my child to get the HPV vaccine, talking about the benefits, and I asked if my insurance covers it and if its free. She told me yes, but a month later, I received a bill. I have to pay them over $200, which is a dark institution. Last year, when my child had a body annual check they checked the eyes directly. I think they have a duty to tell parents that this item is subject to additional charges, but they didnt. They will only send you a bill after the fact! Its like this every time, and Im really disappointed!

Randall Manring: Great experience for me. My doctor recommended some basic scan and testing as part of my annual physical. I walked in the front doors and greeted almost immediately at the check in desk. Very brief check in experience and walked to the radiology waiting room. I was actually called back a few minutes before my 9am appointment. Lab tech was very nice and helpful and I was done and out in less than 20 minutes. Very impressed. Two thumbs up!
