EPIC Medical Clinic - Plano Faith: Dr. Hina Cheema is probably the best doctor I have ever been seen by. She read my history and notes and the very first question she asked me when she walked into the treatment room was, âhow are you doing.. emotionally and mentally?â She is the first doctor to acknowledge that things for me havenât been easy lately with my health and she knew I was struggling. In that moment when she asked me that, I knew she wasnât just making conversation or small talk. She truly cared about me and I was a complete stranger she had only seen for 5 seconds.
Dr. Cheema is highly skilled and intelligent and she is extremely thorough. But most importantly, she is kind, compassionate, and treats every single patient with the upmost respect. She listened to me and actually heard what I had to say. She didnât just listen to respond. Dr. Cheema has some of the best bedside manners and she truly treats her patients like family. If you ever need her expertise and services, I promise you will be in amazing hands and the staff at this office will take the best care of you. The front desk staff and medical assistants were so kind to me today. I never felt judged or looked down upon for not having insurance or a primary doctor. Today, I felt like every person working in that building cared about me, my health, and getting me better. Thank you all so much for the kindness and the compassion you extended to me.
