3 /5 Andrea Castillo: The atmosphere in there is great. The lady that sits at the very end of the salon has energy and had me laughing. However, I think since I was a new customer they also put me with the girl that had least experience. I didn’t even take a picture of my nails after as I was so upset. 3.5 hours for a acrylic removal + black French tip with a few dots. I felt bad for the girl. she was nice but I didn’t say anything because I had somewhere to be and she had taken longer than expected. I had to file them down and paint over with my own gel polish at home. Not coming back. Everyone around me was walking away with amazing work, why didn’t I get the same experience. I really wanted to like this place. 3 stars bc of atmosphere and customer service but the work I received was not up to standards.
