1 /5 Kirsten Moleta: If I could give zero stars I would. I absolutely hate my nails. I shouldve read the other reviews before coming here honestly. I get there to get my nails done and I wanted pink and white powder, the 2 things I asked if she could do she said literally..."NO." I was shocked because I have never had that problem anywhere else I went. She damaged my cuticles they hurt when I wash my hands with any alcohol product. I am just shocked. And the fingers that she hurt I have to now go back to them and tell them to fix it. We shall see how that goes. And if she tells me .. "NO" again I am just going to write a second report and contact the BBB. this place is nasty and I wouldnt even take my children here. Not to mention I still tipped her. which now I am wondering why would I do that. Geez.

5 /5 WizBuns: Been going here for years. Have had a great time. They do have their hiccups on nails but if you point it out politely they will gladly fix it for you. Usually free of charge! Occasionally I have been cut slightly during the buffing but they always always always add neosporin and alcohol and heal it up before continuing. Along with apologizing profusely. Waxes are great. But be warned they will not stop until they know they are done. So make sure you have time because they will grab every stray hair. Also remembered they wont sell you bamboo plants unless you are getting it for someone else.

1 /5 Sherry Salazar: Got a fungus or infection under my nail from them. The lady also charged me to take off my nails and age just kept using the motor file trying to take the fungus or whatever it is off. Will never step foot in that place again. Very dirty and unsanitized.

1 /5 Crystal Martinez: My experience here was very overwhelming. I went in for an acrylic removal and two ladies began to work on me. They started pulling my nails off with nail clippers and a motor file instead of soaking them. They were talking about me as I was sitting there saying I was being a baby because they were pulling them off pretty aggressively. They also were debating how much to charge me because they were both working on me. I will not be returning here, I felt pretty traumatized walking out of there.
