A few minutes later I met my hairstylist Anjo! I explained to him, exactly the type of hairstyle that I want and the layers, and the length that I was looking for. ( I did stress to him My anxiety levels from prior haircut, salons that never gave me the style that I had asked for.) he listened to detail and I felt very comfortable. His hands are so smooth, and he flips your hair and cuts your hair like a professional. When I saw the end results. I was in shock by exactly what I pictured in my head. I was actually gonna walk out of the Salon, with my hairstyle ! He brought tears to my eyes, because I was overwhelmed With my haircut. I’m beyond happy and thank you so much for letting me walk out with an amazing haircut. It’s a great Salon and I highly recommend. And I will definitely be back. Oh, and the vibe. However, at Adria, I had the slowest and sloppiest wax experience ever. The technician dropped wax on my eyelashes (thankfully, it wasn’t properly warmed and was mostly cold), so no hair came out. Then, she dropped wax on my hair. I understand that mistakes happen, but this happened twice, and she didn’t even acknowledge it. Instead, she repeatedly told me to ‘calm down’—even though I hadn’t said a word. I decided not to proceed with the mustache waxing and left the establishment. I’ve never had such a poor experience at a salon, and I’ve never felt compelled to leave a negative review until now.”

Never had a issue until today which we entered, and didn’t get greeted until 20 minutes later but Apparently there were plenty of workers available but none of them came up to greet us or ask us who we were here for? Not the best customer service but whatever. They were all in the back god knows doing what. While the lady in front just ignored us.
