I have continued to see Dr. AMER because of her nurse who is wonderful: returns calls, responsive, timely and helpful. I believe in 2nd chances. Things have gotten better with Dr. Amer who has addressed my concerns. She is a pleasant physician, always available and the office is never crowded or requires long wait time.
FIRST VISIT: The location is new. The doctor seemed new as well. I was a new patient and thought she would inquire about my family and medical history, she did not. I was offered to do my annual physical which was open your mouth, breath in and out and go do labs at Quest. I said I recently had abdominal pain, that was ignored. As she exited the room her child was at the door. I got a sense of dissatisfaction and like she was not a personable physician who got detailed with her patients. She did a lot of suggesting to see other specialist and was honest about her abilities
Emilie Ellison: First time patient with Hotze. Husband gifted me for Christmas cause he was so impressed with Dr Hotze reputation. The cost is expensive, but we assume you get what you pay for. Office esthetics and people are great, but…My first appointment was an overwhelming experience, as it was 5 hours at initial appointment, lots of tests but learned a lot and met some great people. Dr. Jason Gourlas is kind; but lack confidence in him as he seems to take things out of proportion when making a “diagnosis” I left the appointment and learned that I guess a had a “trauma” in my life?? Which is weird because I didn’t and yet he referred “trauma counseling” what…??? I went there because Dr Hotze is always speaking about thyroid issues that women experience and they use bio identical hormones to “fix” that yet I left my $3k appointment and they are not addressing that at all. My husband trusted Dr Hotze due to reading his books and listening to his public advise over the last 15-years and sent me here and unfortunately I’m disappointed with how this has turned out...

I have to say that Dr Goodale discovered what was wrong with me after seeing different endocrinologist for 35 years. He changes my medications and I haven’t had a auger spike with my new medications. With the complications of diabetes, I had a fatty liver and the Dr at that time didn’t address it. Months later I ended up on my deathbed for 47 minutes as I was pronounced dead to my son because of complications of a day surgery. Unstable blood sugar causes so many other problems as well. As of now I saw Dr Goodale , he changed my meds and I haven’t had a sugar spike with my new medications. He is literally a God sent man of God.
Rochonda Richardson: This place is great. I came here one night around 10:00 after work because I was having an asthma attack. I didnt have to wait long at all. They kept me there about two and a half hours to make sure I was good to go. The person at the front desk was fast and friendly and so were the doctors and nurses. The waiting room is also clean.
Malinda Chapman: This is the way medical care should be. I have never been treated so well at the doctors office. The NP actually listeed to my concerns and works with me to help me to feel better. I hope I never have to go back to a traditional doctors office. I have waited longer to see a doctor than the time I spent in the room with one. On my 1st in person visit here there was no wait and the NP took her time and went over everything. Peace of mind with medical care is important and that is what you get with first primary.
hosam alwassof: Very good service from the staff starting from the office until reaching the doctor. I would like to thank Dr. Jennifer. She has an amazing way of being kind while examining the children. My child forgot that he was sick thanks to her polite and smiling manner. My children felt happy after the accurate diagnosis and treatment. I would like to thank the nurse. She was very kind to my children and the service was good. I give five stars with merit.

They are highly knowledgeable, professional, incredibly compassionate, and attentive. Dr. Sami takes the time to listen to concerns, explain treatment options clearly, and ensure that I feel comfortable with every decision regarding my health. The office staff is friendly and efficient, making scheduling and follow-ups a breeze. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy family physician!
vanessa lozano: Great place. They listen and treat you with kindness. You can get your labs taken/checked in the same place as well. Jessica was very nice and attentive. She has a great hand as well….the needle did not hurt at all. I 100% recommend this place!
Suzanne McClendon: Dr. Sarfraz Aly, along with Dr. Alpash Patel, saved my husband’s life back in 2012. He’s caring and knows what he’s doing. If you’re dealing with an infection of any sort, I would recommend him.
Kiran Billawala: The nurses here were absolutely amazing. Dan and Christina were very professional and helpful. They took it to another level when caring for me. Made recovery in PACU so much easier.
