With this being our first visit scheduling their next appointment was a breeze. Ms. Anita is so welcoming, and kind. She made even my very shy son feel comfortable and gave them a gift for Valentine’s Day. She even gave me a small gift! It was really a fantastic experience and I will be recommending them to everyone who has therapy needs.

The pharmacy staff was also very communicative and helpful, making sure we got our medications before we left for the day. Definitely thankful for the wrap around care offered here.

Wanda Lensherr: Came here recently back in may when i had a sinus infection and got prescribe meds. I normally go down to martin luther low income clinic but theyre closed until sept 2 (for work on the premise i guess) anyways i came here for a family referral and i am impressed with staff . they understand my situation in pay check to paycheck and have worked with me on finding an generic med to subscribe and even helped me find a work force solution nearby when i was on my last paycheck until summer started. They have encouraged me to check out the dental program next door and i did. I plan on making an appt when i have an entire day off for consultation and teeth cleaning. Thank you so much for your patience and help for patients such as myself

Crystal Guerra: My brother had to be put in ICU after an emergency surgery. We had the privilege of having a nurse that was so amazing. Any questions I had she was able to answer. She helped me and my mother understand what we couldnt understand. She explained what she was doing, what she was giving him and would continuously check on not only my brother but on me and my mom. She had very kind words that would comfort us. We was so blessed to have this nurse for 3 days and still we are here in ICU. But I had to share this to everyone.Nurses like her need to be recognized. She was one of the best nurses I will never forget. Thank you Ashly Chapman you are a amazing nurse.

Sparkle Jones: I truly do not have the words to articulate my disappointment in my visit here. While the nurses were friendly and the wait was short, those are the only positives I can use to give the rating Im giving. The communication regarding test results were less than acceptable. The PA left much to be desired in regard to thorough explanation of the results and what they mean. He wanted to discharge my son before even doing blood work. He recommended my son see a cardiologist with 2 days; however, he never put in a referral. I called back to request the referral and was told that the very people who evaluate medically do not send referrals. So, I had to pay to see our PCP, get him assessed again, and get a referral. That is not what was explained to me. After visits with the PCP and cardiologist, it was confirmed that dehydration was the issue. Sadly, I asked about that at the ER visit and was told my son did present with symptoms of dehydration. So disappointing. The stress, worry, and concern weve had as a result of this experience is unfair. The only reason I will not state the name of the PA is because it is my hope that after the review, his supervising physicians will give him better guidance and mentorship.
