Even though the insurance company recommended a different repair shop, our interactions with Nikki at J&S was exemplary. She was friendly, thoughtful and professional. Ricky Guajardo: From start to finish my experience with Chase was great. I never even met him in person but he was great at communicating and updating throughout the process. After the repairs he called me to let me know a battery light came on. I let him know that the battery is 6 months old and that light wasn’t there. He didn’t argue he just said a mechanic will look at it and days later we were all good. My truck looked cleaner then I’ve seen it in a long time. Great experience, I will be back to this location if I ever need repairs done again. Thank you Chase
