5 /5 Katelyn Beckwith: This is my first ever Google review - But this deserves to be out there.. My boyfriend and I were in a wreck off interstate 30 near Mount Vernon, where we flipped our truck off the road. It was during the 2024 snow storm so we were stranded in the town with no vehicle for 4 days. However Mt. Vernon tire guys were a blessing sent to us - as soon as we arrived in their shop on Tuesday they helped us in anyway they could. Our vehicle needed things beyond tire repairs and they helped fix them so we could get back on the road to Arkansas. They had to order parts but got them there as quick as they could and continued to put us as a priority and help get it fixed ASAP. On top of their excellent service, Landon the owner offered his truck to my boyfriend so that he could come get from the motel so that I didn’t have to walk in the 6 degree weather. Then the next few times we needed to go and come from the tire shop Chance gave us a ride. Landon, Chance, and James are the absolute best & blessed us in a tough situation. They did not overcharge at all, we felt as if they didn’t charge enough for all the work they had put in. As a young couple we are forever grateful for people like this who go out of their way to help. Thank you Mount Vernon Tire!
Also while we were there we seen them go above and beyond for other customers. They took the time to show customers what exactly was wrong with their vehicles and why things needed to be replaced & were all around genuine guys to everyone.
