5 /5 Clark Terrell: This is a well run medical practice. Front office staff members are courteous and efficient. Each physician seems to have an independent practice, so I am able only to address my experiences with Timothy Hernandez, MD. He and his assistant, Clare, are top notch. All my concerns are addressed and I have never felt rushed or dismissed. The annual concierge fee is reasonable and well worth it. Finding a practice like Pasteur Medical Associates is rare, considering how so many other medical practices of all specialties are poorly run, with rude or hostile customer service and rushed, harried practitioners. I strongly recommend this practice and Dr. Hernandez for persons looking for an exceptional internist and medical office.

His new Concierge service makes it easy for me to get a hold of him. I can also see him next day or even same day sometimes! Really recommend Dr. Douglas Hilbert and his Concierge Service!
