Prior to coming to her I had a bad experience at another salon and was not happy with the color choice I had made. We worked together to decide on what was best, but what was also feasible with my current hair and the picture I had sent to her. Definitely recommend Brisa she went above and beyond and truly took the time to touch every strand of my hair and was extremely meticulous on color, cut and style. Mad props and kudos to Miklo for having such a good stylist. thank you!

1 /5 Karina Ramos: I had a terrible experience at this salon. I asked for a specific length, but the stylist cut my hair way shorter than I wanted. It was clear she didn’t know what she was doing, and now, four months later, my hair still looks awful. I’m just waiting for it to grow out so I can go to a real professional. Definitely would not recommend it!

We walked out right before she started on my son because there was no way I would allow someone who clearly hates her job perform a haircut on my child. Clearly lacking customer service skills. If you are the owner reading this, she said she said she was leaving her shift before it was over and didn’t care. Convenience isn’t everything people, there are better places here to get a quick cut.

I didnt want money or anyone fired, but at least I was expecting an apology and an I have spoken with my people about listening. Quite honestly its not the first time I wasnt listened to, but all the others werent as drastic, trims, or i was ok with the result. I hate my hair still. Hate it. I cant get over going to my birthday dinner with a swollen face from crying, not eating and not wanting to look at anyone. So, thanks for your kind words...not.* ****************************************** I have been going to this salon for years. I have had great cuts and ok cuts, but never bad. Until now. I recently had surgery and wanted to feel better so I went in after a dr appointment. I showed the stylist a picture. I said: hey will this work with my hair. I showed a second Pic, same style but longer and said can you do this but in between on length. Iknew it would be shorter but I did say I didnt want too short. I sat and for some reason she started on the left side of my head. Before I knew it she had cut wayy too much off the side. Then the back. I was stunned but she had my hair in her hands and I just had to wait for her to even it out. It was bad. She had to use clippers...which she even told me she wouldnt have to do. I should have said something but the damage was done i just had to let her even it out. But she just kept cutting. I was actually crying. If you cant do the cut i showed you, say something. I would have found something else. She gave me pixie cut number 3 from the hair school textbook. I didnt ask for it. I had to hide my face. I left in tears. I couldnt write this for 2 weeks because I cant look too long in the mirror. I hate it and it will take a very long time to grow out. I hate the way I look. I spend a lot of time crying. Before you tell me I should have said something, I had just had surgery. Im not a confrontational person and all I could do was just let her even it out. I learned my lesson. Next time I say stop go get someone else. In the meantime I have a horrible pixie cut that will make me cry for months. So thanks.

Vanessa Quiñonez: My husband has been coming to this place for several months now, but yesterday he had a bad experience. He waited almost 3 hours to be attended, and on top of that, the person who attended him was working there for the first time and didn’t know how to cut hair. The woman next to her was explaining how to cut his hair, meaning they didn’t care if it turned out well or not. To make matters worse, when he arrived, another person came in shortly after and was attended to first this is not fair, that’s why there’s a line. He even heard them say, "We can’t let her (the new barber) cut the man’s hair," so it was easy to let her do it to my husband. And how is it possible that they let him leave the barbershop with hair all over his back? He had to go shopping like that, which is embarrassing. I wasn’t with him, but he told me everything that happened, and when he got home, I saw how all the hair was stuck to his back. Please, be more professional.

Tram Horton: First to to do hairrs with Ulta: im happy to work with Malaina .D I really not happy with the manager. I went back to perm hairs because its so straight after a few days. The lady made 2nd appointmt for me is nice and she agreed to perm my hairs free of charge. But when i came, the manager claim because i wash my hair early (nobody told me that, i perm on friday, wash on sunday), and they said need to cut my hair short..anyway..a long story, but the fact is her attitude. Ok i can wait until my hairs longer, but with that attitude, i will choose the other places
