Za Eliz: The doctor is nice. The front staff is rude, they also told me my blood work would not have additional cost but I got billed in the mail from the lab work company. So the front staff needs more training on how billing works and to be transparent to the patient about it, as well as customer service skills. Be friendly to patients.
Timothy Mickunas: Pretty good service this time. I was told to arrive by 4:45 a.m. for a 5 a.m. appointment. I sat in the waiting room until 5:30 a.m. then went upstairs and waited some more. Once a nurse did get to me, everything was well done. Nurses communicated well, the anesthesiologist spoke with me, the doctor did the procedure and explained it after I woke up.
Sandra de la Fuente: Everyone I came in contact to at the ER was wonderful! Very patient and kind. I appreciated the level of customer service care they provided.
Adriana Julie Benson: A+ customer service. Came from a different PCP that was months behind on referrals. They went over my family history and actually discussed with me what I wanted instead of whizzing in and out. I got my pap smear done and they were gracious enough to use the small device instead of a large one. Good parking. I think the labs are done next door, so fast test results. My old PCP would send my labs out and then do a double charge instead of DHR doing it all in house.
David Puente: Thanks for the service. Hugo Gonzalez made my testing go so smooth. His caring for his patients and understanding were very much appreciated. If he has not been named Employee of The Month, then his professionalism should not go unnoticed.
Thanks again Hugo, you Rock.
Jodalia Creations: Liars and filthy. We were told to he there at 7 am for registration and then given the run around until 8am and straight up lied to be 3 different nurses. Final nurse we spoke with was both rude and condescending. Hospital area has bags of trash in the hallways and looks filthy. If i had another option i would take it.
