1 /5 Rick Upshaw: My experience with Dr. Thakurs office has been a PROFOUNDLY NEGATIVE ONE! I originally scheduled an appointment for April 9th at 11:00 a.m. A couple of days before my scheduled appointment, I had to go to the ER. I tried to call these people, but every time I did, some girl who barely spoke English answered the phone, mumbled something unintelligible and then put me on hold. They left me on hold indefinitely! After I got out of the hospital, Ive tried to call these people to schedule a new appointment (4 additional times total). Every time, I experienced the EXACT SAME RESULT; some lady answers mumbling something unintelligible, she puts me on hold, and then leaves me on hold indefinitely! I finally went to their website in hopes that Id find some way to send them a message, but there is no way to do so in the "contact" section of their site! NO doctor is worth this kind of WASTE OF MY TIME! So, Dr, Thakur will never know what happened to me or why. Disappointing, to be sure!

1 /5 Sanjay Poddar: I am trying to get in touch with the clinic for changing the blood test clinic. Made 3-4 calls to the clinic, no one answers. Once the receptionist kept me on hold for over 16 mins. Emailed them twice, still no response. Not sure what is going on with them. Dr was good at the time of the app.

Kimberly Rawlinson: I am only leaving one star because the phone situation and trying to reach Dr. KIMBERLY IS like pulling teeth. I also went on a Monday for bloodwork got there at 10 :15 there was only one family in the lobby waiting. After 30 minutes they were called back. I waited another 15 minutes and never got called to do blood work. Dr Kimberly is amazing if I was just grading her I would get 5 stars but the rest is impossible to deal with.

I have never gotten into an appt on time - once even 2.5 hours late! Im done. Ill start the process over with another doctor.

Faith: Dr. Hina Cheema is probably the best doctor I have ever been seen by. She read my history and notes and the very first question she asked me when she walked into the treatment room was, “how are you doing.. emotionally and mentally?” She is the first doctor to acknowledge that things for me haven’t been easy lately with my health and she knew I was struggling. In that moment when she asked me that, I knew she wasn’t just making conversation or small talk. She truly cared about me and I was a complete stranger she had only seen for 5 seconds. Dr. Cheema is highly skilled and intelligent and she is extremely thorough. But most importantly, she is kind, compassionate, and treats every single patient with the upmost respect. She listened to me and actually heard what I had to say. She didn’t just listen to respond. Dr. Cheema has some of the best bedside manners and she truly treats her patients like family. If you ever need her expertise and services, I promise you will be in amazing hands and the staff at this office will take the best care of you. The front desk staff and medical assistants were so kind to me today. I never felt judged or looked down upon for not having insurance or a primary doctor. Today, I felt like every person working in that building cared about me, my health, and getting me better. Thank you all so much for the kindness and the compassion you extended to me.

Carlie Allison: Wow! What a great Hospital. It was so nice inside, very clean, stylish & cozy. I was seen by Mikey for imaging who was very kind and walked you through every step! I had Nurse Shelby and she was AMAZING. I would come back literally to just see her. She was very compassionate and is great at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable! Dr Peterson was great as well, he took the time to talk to me and ask questions and I felt he did his due diligence as a doctor. I did not feel rushed in any way! Thank you The Colony ER !

kasey ortiz: DONT BRUNG YOUR CHILDREN HERE. The doctors are only there for 30 minutes a day and don’t see all the children he diagnoses children like he’s giving out free homes. The front desk African American old woman at the front desk is extremely unprofessional it’s sad that’s the face you see walking in she couldn’t even give me her name let alone speak directly to me. I promise you this place will not help your children but will only cause more problems. My daughter was a patient there and I was told she had a list of problems, they only want you for your money.
