1 /5 Rick Upshaw: My experience with Dr. Thakurs office has been a PROFOUNDLY NEGATIVE ONE!
I originally scheduled an appointment for April 9th at 11:00 a.m. A couple of days before my scheduled appointment, I had to go to the ER. I tried to call these people, but every time I did, some girl who barely spoke English answered the phone, mumbled something unintelligible and then put me on hold. They left me on hold indefinitely!
After I got out of the hospital, Ive tried to call these people to schedule a new appointment (4 additional times total). Every time, I experienced the EXACT SAME RESULT; some lady answers mumbling something unintelligible, she puts me on hold, and then leaves me on hold indefinitely! I finally went to their website in hopes that Id find some way to send them a message, but there is no way to do so in the "contact" section of their site!
NO doctor is worth this kind of WASTE OF MY TIME! So, Dr, Thakur will never know what happened to me or why. Disappointing, to be sure!
